- Our room had everything we needed and was very comfortable
- Location to the train station It had a fridge, stove and electric kettle It had an elevator The window to the outside was large
- Fairly good location, reasonable walk to main train station and Hotel de Ville, which has many charming restaurants to chose from. But you literally pass three other hotels on the way, so there is that.Very friendly and helpful staff.Ample parking. Can't beat the price.Note, upper floors have balcony!
Cons -
- Probably best not to arrive after 7pm. Access to the property might be difficult.
- I am not familiar with the Apport-Hotel designation. This caused me problems on arrival. And on my last night when I asked for two tea bags and some sugar. Denied. The same lady served me both times. I experienced her to be rude and condescending.
- Dormitory aesthetic. It was pretty cold the night we stayed. An extra blanket or ability to raise the heat would have been appreciated.

Covered parking. Small kitchen (well equipped) for some quick cooking. Staff very kind. We were proactively changed to ground floor as the elevator was broken. We came with 1 less guest than booked and got some small discount which was appreciated as it was totally our issue.
Although it is close to the station (very convenient to train travelers), it is a good 30 min walk to the old center. Was no issue for us as the town was all in Xmas mood, with extremely beautiful lights and Xmas markets making it worth the walk.
Clean, central and friendly staff
The room was very nice and complete. I had a room with a little kitchenette, full fridge and a nice balcony. Would highly recommend this hotel if you are planning a longer stay because you can comfortably stay at your hotel if need be. Location is great if you travel by train as it is near the downtown station (the TGV station is within walkable distance or you can take a train). The city centre is within easy walking distance.
The breakfast was very basic and not really worth the money. You have to pay a deposit at the hotel (for me this was EUR 70) even though I had prepaid my stay which is not uncommon in France but I found it confusing, annoying and not very service-oriented.
Studio a good size for 1 person, and could serve for two.Lots of storage space.Excellent lighting.Balcony was a huge plus--outdoor seating and made the unit seem larger Landry on the property was convenient.Desk staff very helpful and friendly--hat tip to Karen.
Location was good for me, as I needed to be near the train station, but might not suit someone wanting to be in the center--about a 15 minute walk to the Cathedral. Nearest restaurant was less than 10 minutes away, similar distance to a grocery store. Surrounded by business hotels, not much charm in the immediate neighborhood.
Comfortable compact studio!
It was a little far to walk to the historic area, but we saw more of Tours doing the walk rather than driving.
The apartment was small, but functional. Cleanliness was also good. The location is ideal because it is close to the Tours railway station as well as the Tourist office. There are decent restaurants near the station. Grocery shops are also nearby. The staff is professional and friendly.
The area around the hotel is not too clean. Breakfast is OK, but nothing exceptional. Check-in is possible only after 3 pm. The hotel takes up front Euro 70 as deposit towards any breakage, which in our case, was credited back to our account 1 day after check-out.
Great value, super friendly and helpful staff, room was well equipped with microwave, stovetop, fridge and sink. Perfect for families with young kids.
Mattresses were a little hard and pillows a little soft.
The hotel is convinient, clean and has a friendly staff. The reception provides tips and suggestions to explore Tours on foot and by car. It has a parking place.
Nothing. It takes a walk to get to the center, but we knew this and didn´t mind.
Clean, nice setup, well organized, well managed. Large rooms very well designed and functional.
A bit expensive for our budget but good quality. would be even better with a shower rather than a bathtub.
I was very pleasantly surprised. Mini appartments, very modern, good internet, safe location right at the train station and also has private parking, walkable into the city, shops and restaurants are walkable, (breakfast is an option there). There is plenty of info material about the area and the city at the reception area as well as vending machines. The city has a lot to offer but our destination was the castles at the Loire, which were within easy drives of less than one hour. If you drive be sure you have a french !! environmental decal on the car to avoid fines.
Clean. Friendly staff. Quiet. Black out curtains. I stayed here during the heat wave of 103° F temperatures, primarily for the air conditioning. So, in that regard, I was happy.
The bed was extra firm. I wish it had been a bit softer. More Goldilocks, less Papa Bear. Not to be picky, but the room could use some color. It was stark white; bed and walls. Maybe some blue and green pillows?
The air conditioning felt terrific during the heatwave and the room was quiet even with a train yard next to it. The room was clean.
The shower was not the best. The beds weren’t that comfy. They ask that you take the garbage out. The vibe could have been more pleasant. Parking was 10€. Stark and sterile room.
Spacious room with AC and kitchenette area. Comfortable twin beds. Great location a few minutes walk to Tours train station. Friendly staff. Good breakfast with a variety of options.
It was difficult to take a shower because the showerhead was so low in the tub. I had to hold it with one hand while showering.
It was clean, people were nice, the flat was very convenient !
Room was spacious and had everything we needed for a short stay. Close to train station. Staff were friendly.
Was a bit far from town with nothing around besides other hotels. Very specific reception hours and on our occasion reception has 1 hr late in opening (so you would have to wait outside) no housekeeping you need to take trash out and wash dishes prior to check out. Bed was uncomfortable and squeaky.
My room was on the 5th floor with a deck and a city view, as promised. I enjoyed it. The street was quiet. My room had all the amenities and was big.
I chose this property for its closeness to the central railroad station. It was close, but a farther walk with my heavy luggage than other properties.
Location, good breakfast, very clean
Car park a bit narrow to enter and exit, does not facilitate manoeuvres
