The staff were helpful and pleasant. The breakfast and the restaurant were excellent

There is no dedicated parking. You park curbside and at times compete with nearby shoppers. The hotel is hard to find even with GPS and needs better signage. This 2-story hotel has no elevator.

Room was ok but the sofa bed was out (and too heavy to make it back into a sofa) so this took a large part of the room and made it difficult to move around. The bathroom was good, it looked like it had recently been refurbished.The breakfast was good.

BREAKFAST!!!! Complete waste of money. No Tea except all the flavoured ones (not to my taste)Unable to do toast due to toaster not working, no butter, nothing counter written in English for those who can’t read French!!!

The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was very clean.

We didnt like the location - it is in too built- up an area, difficult to find while driving on a busy road and nowhere to walk dogs.

Room was excellent, spacious and comfortable, with enough space for a couple and a large dog. They had a bath which was very welcome, for a long hot soak after travelling from Calais to Tours.The staff, when we arrived were so lovely, helpful, they made a fuss of the dog and even gave her a ball and some dog treats! I was amazed! Fantastic service. Unfortunately the ovens didn't work in the morning for the breakfast, but we were given a good refund for not having a hot breakfast. Cannot rate this hotel highly enough! definitely a very good stay!

The only problem I had that in the bath, when having a soak I noticed there was a lot of limescale around the shower glass at the bottom and also round the bottom of the tap, but apart from that, great stay

Dinner good, staff competent. Breakfast poor, toaster not working, bacon very poor. No tea or coffee in room. But you get what you pay for. All the staff on reception were magnificent

Convenient stopover on the way to Bordeaux. Not glamorous but does the job. Pretty nice food for a budget hotel.

The bed was pretty hard and pillows too soft!

This was our third visit to the hotel and, as everytime, there is a warm feeling as soon as you walk in to the reception. The onside restaurant is also dog freindly which makes for a relaxing evening when travelling with animals.

Excellent staff, the male receptionist was very friendly, and answered all our questions. Excellent food served in the restaurant, which is a Bistro. Salad, grilled meat or fish, with chips and a sauce, served with bread, all very tasty at €15.90 a head.Close to the Motorway. Extremely comfortable bed and pillows.

No where to exercise the dog.

Location is perfect, restaurant on site was ideal after a long ride and the food was great. Staff were very friendly and the room was clean with very comfortable beds.

No secure parking for a motorcycle.

Stopped off on a drive further south. Did exactly what we needed it to do. It’s an ibis….like a premier inn….you know what to expect.

If I had one complaint it would be the pillows….thats just me though. No big deal.

Everything was well laid out and staff were helpful particularly considering they were working with reduced numbers. Restaurant was good quality for dinner as well as breakfast.

Visibility from the road compromised by roadworks
