Great location, courtyard to store bikes! Friendly staff and good breakfast! Hotel itself has a great ambiance.

Superb location overall. Very quiet. Fantastic and friendly staff. Excellent breakfast options. Great bathroom. Great (and quiet) AC. Basic shopping within 2' from front door (Carrefour Express West on Rue Colbert). Great laundry within 3' from front door (East on Rue Colbert). Plenty of restaurants (French gourmet/traditional/crepes, Indian, Lebanese, Syrian, Italian, Tapas) on Rue Colbert and around

A mini-fridge would be great. No in-room coffee machine (this was a listing error that they submitted for correction). No elevator (but the staff will help with luggage). The breakfast area can get a bit busy at peak time.

The location of this hotel is fantastic. A short walking distance from shops, bars and restaurants and tourist attractions. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful.

Hotel location is very central and within walking distance of many city attractions. The, staff was very friendly.

Having to carry the luggage to the top floor and yes we were warned about it.

The very small bathroom- toilet is hard to use no space for knees because of vanity. If you are taller than avg the space is very limiting.

The staff was helpful and kind and the hotel was cute and charming.

The bathroom was a bit small, tall people may find it a tight squeeze! Also, the shower doors don't fully close so beware, water will go onto the floor. Not a big deal, the floor mat will catch it, but just fyi!

The room was spotless, Lovely powerful shower and the bed and linens were sublime, we wished we had booked for longer. The breakfast was excellent too, lots of Choice and a fabulons Coffee machine. I adore the éclectique mix of china, so original!! We Will be back!

Lovely slightly quirky hotel ,great entrance hall as you come in , huge bedroom and bathroom ,lovely breakfast room and great breakfast. The guys that run it are really nice .Great location to just wander out and quick to get to nice places to eat and interesting sights ,loved the cathedral and the old timber framed buildings

I wasn't keen on paper cups in our room to make a hot drink .they didn't get replaced on our second night either ,I don't mind a paper cup for teeth brushing but not for hot drink in a hotel .Also seemed a big too frugle on what was supplied in room .some bottled water would have been nice

It was very old fashioned but full of character. Access to some rooms is rather tricky.

The breakfast was perfectly OK but lacked fresh produce.

Nice and relaxed atmosphere and central too. Quiet.

Very strong smell on incense on arrival which fortunately did not affect the bedroom.

Perfect location, well decorated, friendly staff and very nice breakfast. We enjoyed a lot our stay in Tours for a night. They suggested us very good restaurants and tips for the city. I will definitely come back?

Its position was right in the middle of a street that had over 100 bars and restaurants the manager at the desk gave us some excellent advice on a restaurant which was awesome so thank you very .The hotel was very querky and Uber cool decor. The service and the breakfast was excellent certainly the whole experience was a 11/10

Nothing people might say the stairs but that just added to the character and charm

Wonderful little boutique hotel charmingly decorated and very quiet while being just a few meters away from the town center. The owners are super helpful with great recommendations on what to see and where to eat.

Central location, 10 minute walk from the old town. Lovely room with everything you need. Nice and clean.

It was amazing, a warm welcome, amazing location, could park outside meter payment, but the 10€ deal with secure parking 3 minutes away is great. Breakfast super! Can’t wait to return!!?
