Great location with easy access off-site parking. Walking distance to bars and restaurants with transit and tram right outside the hotel.

Overpriced breakfast. If you're an international traveler from North America with electronic needs then the amount of plugs are limited. I don't know who the bonehead was who set up the desk area but you can't get at the plugs underneath the shelf!

Despite the fact that the hotel is in the center of the city, the room was quiet.The bed was comfortable and the breakfast was great. The pressure of the water in the shower is amazing.

You have to pay 2 euros for coffee in the check-out after breakfast.

Location is great, main street and well connected as well with public transportation to easily get to the train station.

Very nice location, great quality and quiet despite being in the center.

They must install fontaines on every level so we don’t have to go down to refill bottles with water. That was a bit inconvenient.

The breakfast was really nice, lots of different breads and brioches, all very tasty. Several hot beverages (coffee, tea and hot chocolate). Some local products (goat cheese, ham), hot dishes (delicous scrambled eggs) and many other stuff. The breakfast room was very pleasant lot of natural light, scandinavian style. The hotel was great. Nice rooms, comfy beds. Well located near the Loire. Very to get out and have along walk by the river.

The staff were lovely, and I mean ALL of them, we didn't meet a single person who didn't at least smile and say hello.Being able to take our dog down to breakfast also made our lives so much easier. The staff even brought him some water while we had our coffee.The room was clean, comfy and had everything we needed, plus an enormous TV. And the view from the 7th floor of Cathédrale de Saint Gatien was a bonus.

1. Awful service and staff at the reception. They withdrew more money from my card than they should do because of the mistake in their sistem. It took 1 month to return the money, I had to write them almost every day and sometimes they simply didn’t answer. It was such a waste of my time and my nerves.And in the end the amount that they returned was 5 euro less than should be, because they put the bank commission for the transfer on me, which is really unfair (it was their fault not mine, they should pay comision for their fault not me). And they simply said that they are not responsible for any commission, which is really ridiculous for such big chain as Hilton. 2. The room is smaller than in the picture. Our room didn’t have any seating area, but in the picture there should be a small table and a chair near the window. In reality our bed was near the wall and the window, there was no space for any sitting space and we didn’t have a small table and a chair as it is shown in the picture.3. There is no view because of white lines on the window and also you can’t open the window.4. Cleaning also could have been better.

Brand new hotel. Brilliant staff at reception - professional, friendly, helpful. Lovely room with large TV. Large bed firm. Room includes multiple lighting. Best shower on our trip so far, power-shower overhead and handshower. Great WIFI. Easy lift access. We were on the 4th floor with views over the tram area. It may be worth an upgrade to the room with river views as it looks stunning! Has free washing machine and dryer for guests. Next time we visit we will book into the same hotel without a doubt. Also, a short 15-20 minute walk to the train station. Old town, pubs, cafes etc. on your doorstep.

Room was spacious and comfortable bed. Staff are super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good.

The hotel doesn’t have its own car parking, so we had to park in a nearby public parking which didn’t feel safe. The car parking was filthy and the it’s quite hard to walk in and out.

Room was very small for the price we paid for breakfast however where unable to utilise due to staff communication constraints the receptionist was good and tried to help but more could of been done
