Bed was uncomfortable as I have back pain it was spring bed and swimming pool water was too cold not temperature controlled,

Clean Room, kettle with Tea and Coffee effects, Soft pillows and mattress Neat and clean washroom, adequate number of hand towels, bath towels, Soap etcBreakfast was very well spread with fruits, Sprouts, Cereals, South India and North India eats, Fruit juices, Detox water etc Superb set up.Staff were also well trained and supportive. Overall a pleasant stay.

The staff had an attitude and did not provide any clarity. They made me pay and then told us the limitations of the hotel. We had to check out right then.

housekeeping services were not up to the mark. They are facing severe house keeping staff shortage

The food has a lot to improve on

My records will show that I’ve been coming to this hotel regularly for the last 4/5 visits to Junagadh. Always been satisfied, until this time. Our room was not clean, even though we checked in at 5.30pm, so quite late. The bed sheets didn’t look clean but we were so tired that we just didn’t bother complaining. The WiFi was terrible this time. Some of the staff were good but most looked bored and uninterested. And the best of all, they charged us for the bottle of water we took from the fridge. That same bottle outside of the fridge was free! For almost £50 per night, I’d say this was the most disappointing stay this time. Needless to say, next time I’ll be staying elsewhere

The manager Mr Ravi Bhardwarj welcomed us personally, upgraded our room, escorted us to our room and always asked if everything was good. Mehul unloaded our luggage from our vehicle and brought it up to our room, always showing professionalism and courtesy. Other staff members that were outstanding were Akansa, Antima, Banashree, Mumna Soni, Nikita, Sandeep, Khushboo and Jeed. Each one made a significant contribution to ensure that our stay was "everything and more" that we expected. The food was well prepared, timely and always tasted good. The portions were very generous!

There was a smell of urine in the bathroom, which was reported to reception and whilst the smell was removed on a couple of occasions - it did return. Clearly the issue was one of plumbing - I hope it is resolved soon. This did not really have too much of an impact on our stay.

The location

The fact that despite having a mini bar fridge …its function was not supposed to keep food stuff /drinks cold but keep in a cool place. I had medicines requiring fridge storage and had to ask for an ice in an ice bucket. If there is a mini bar fridge ….please use it for its proper function. To keep foodstuff and drinks cold at low temperatures.

Nice room, but that is all.

Reception was chaos, food absolutely poor, when asking for te bill I got the remark to wait for 15 minutes, minibar is following the room temperature so drinks are warm ( I could not believe my ears: why a minibar if it does not cool??), pool chairs are standing in the pool. Capuccino took 20 minutes to prepare and what I got was a black coffee. And the final bill was chaos again.

The hotel is very clean and mordern. The staff are excellent and customer friendly.

Limited breakfast choices.

Very modern, smart hotel with excellent facilities. Bedroom was big, nicely furnished, cool and quiet. Comfortable bed, great shower, pleasant view from picture window. Good WiFi. Easy walk from the station although on a busy road. Efficient staff and good value and delicious buffet breakfast.

Rather lacking in character but really there’s nothing not to like.

The room overlooking the mountain and the waiting staff in the restaurants were both excellent.

The Reception staff knew nothing about the sites of interest around the city and were unhelpful. They also told us there was no currency exchange in the city (there was) and told us incorrectly about ATM locations. When we had an issue with our bank card not working at ATMs and we're not able to access money the manager refused to help in any way. Thankfully we were able to sort things ourselves.I do not think the hotel is suitable for international travellers.

Navnit was nice and helpful with luggage and trying to help find a solution for us to freshen up after our jatra as we would be returning after check out hours. Labani in the restaurant was also great with determining what to order and catering to a Jain diet. They did an excellent job with packing all the food as well- thank you!

I had previously stayed at Bellevue in 2019 and had an excellent experience; unfortunately my check-in and experience this time was not as pleasant. No sense of a warm greeting and Shivdyal really seemed like he couldn't care less for the business. We were leaving early morning for jatra (6am) so was looking to have late check-out (or even extend for 1 night) for at least 1 of our 3 rooms so we could freshen up after but he was not willing to look into the option or provide any other recommendations like Navnit did. Also didn't appreciate being told they couldn't provide more than 1 room key per room when that clearly wasn't the case and they were able to magically do it after a few minutes. The rooms were fine but I will say their toilet paper feels like rough paper now so they may want to change sources.

All good… food, room, pool and Spa… The all you can eat 750IR buffet was excellent value for money.

Receptionist calling at midnight to remind checkout is strictly at 11am.

Room was comfortable

Extremely poor customer service from all staff. The only member of staff who was helpful and courteous was the Concierge man.- Breakfast - mediocre selection of food- floor was covered in food (saw staff wiping tables by swiping leftover food from table to floor) and staff just wandering about, couldn’t care less about offering any help or service. If you ordered food, it never came, so you had to eat only what was out. - Fridge in the room was not working and was not stocked with anything- when we asked staff, they claimed it’s a ‘room temperature’ fridge - Reception- no welcome or smile, we asked for a taxi to take us to the train station and were told they didn’t have any taxis, we should stand outside and call a rickshaw - we had 6 bags!Saw other people make simple requests like what time does a local attraction open, saw staff give the most ridiculous reply. Most other guests were just as fed up as us.- bathroom- the most stupid sink design ever seen, leaving water flowing towards you, also crawling with tiny insects- I took a picture of this. Also found pieces of broken glass.

Food was too much expensive. Package water bottle price was Rs. 160/- the real price is just 20/-. Why hotel is selling 20/- thing in 160/-???? That is the same pack.
