very good. good service. Check In experience was awesome with very friendly employees. We had a problem with the payment but we were checked in first and the payment issue was resolved.

The staff and service was superb. Value of money. Food was also a good need to improve.

My recent stay at Quality Inn, Patria Suites in Rajkot, Gujarat, was a truly refreshing experience, especially when compared to a disappointing stay we had at another hotel. Our trip was a mix of leisure, religious visits, and business, and I can confidently say that Quality Inn was the highlight of our travels and stay in Rajkot.One of the most notable features of Quality Inn, Patria Suites is that it is a pure vegetarian establishment, offering a variety of delicious meal options throughout the day. Their in-house restaurants served a great selection of breakfast, lunch, and dinner choices, making it easy to find something to enjoy. As a vegetarian, I was especially pleased with the quality and variety of the meals offered.Originally, we planned to stay just one night before continuing our journey, but after such a wonderful experience, we ended up returning for a second stay two days later. The room was comfortable and it had all the necessary amenities to make our stay enjoyable. The room service was excellent, and both the housekeeping and restaurant staff were always eager to assist us with anything we needed.What really made our time at Quality Inn so memorable, however, was the exceptional customer service. Tulsi and Nayna at the front desk were always polite, respectful, and professional, even during their busiest times. Additionally, Mr. Ashok Raval (Front office Supervisor at the Hotel) went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. He took care of our travel and transport arrangements, often at short notice. After returning to Quality Inn from a trip, Mr. Ashok Raval personally handled an issue relating to another Hotel who were unable to process our payment and were causing unecessary inconvenience. We are deeply grateful for Mr. Ashok’s efforts and kindness.Quality Inn, Patria Suites in Rajkot was an absolute delight, with wonderful staff, delicious vegetarian meals, and outstanding service. I will definitely return during my next visit to Rajkot

Location is really nice and more quiet as it is a bit more outside of city. Staff is decent and very friendly. Room offered a lot of space, a fridge and water was provided.

Be aware, this is a marriage location! If there is on, it is noisy! 2 nights I had a lot of noise from the room above me. One night someone with heels was walking from 5am, second night someone moved chairs till 2am. In 2023 I had a much more quiet room which was also away from the street.

The staff were very efficient and friendly, the room was a good size with clean linen and a comfortable bed. The restaurant was okay, but I found the staff hovered around me too much, I like to eat my food in peace and not have a waiter watching my every move.

The bathroom was small but functional. Because it was small, there was a little mildew on the bathroom ceiling and some corners due to a lack of ventilation. This could easily be cleaned with a little bleach and ensuring a ventilator fan is running all the time the bathroom is in use and for 10 minutes after showers. The card access for the rooms is a little odd, as there is a common kitchen/lounge area, a card must be in the slot for the lights, etc to work. It means your access card could be left in a common area used by others, so it's not great for security.

Breakfast was very good & higenic & the location of the hotel is very nice.

Better to arrange hotel vehicles for pick & drop at Hirasar Airport as free service.

Cockroaches in the room.Kettles were placed at a location without plug sockets, and had to be moved every time to be used. Booked two rooms and placed in 3bed apartment to share with someone without asking. Could have placed in 2 bedroom apartment instead.Staff was polite but had poor communication skills

Amazing staff, they solve any questions! The rooftop restaurant is very atmospheric, the chef personally goes out to the guests, the food is all delicious, you can feel the love and soul put into the design and preparation of the dishes, the restaurant on the ground floor also does not give the position! There is a swimming pool and a great new gym with a trainer, this is a big plus.Convenience and comfort, that is the feeling left after this hotel.

I can't recommend Patria Suites highly enough! Our stay was absolutely exceptional, and the value for money was incredible.We booked two deluxe rooms, but upon arrival, we were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary upgrade to spacious 1BHK suites! The suites were beautifully appointed - very clean and comfortable, with all the amenities we could ask for. The housekeeping staff clearly takes pride in their work - everything was spotless.While the on-site dining offered only vegetarian options, the spread was fantastic. The breakfast buffet was particularly impressive. I highly recommend treating yourself to breakfast during your stay.But what truly elevated our experience was the exceptional staff. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm smiles and prompt, courteous service. Every interaction, from the front desk to the wait staff, was professional and friendly. They truly went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and enjoyment.Overall, Patria Suites exceeded our expectations in every way. The staff's hospitality, the luxurious accommodations (especially considering the upgrade!), and the delicious food all contributed to an unforgettable stay. We will definitely be back!

Nothing to complain.

It's like a second home where you feel relaxed and comfortable. Very practical and utilitarian with undue frills. The staff are courteous and well trained in their respective jobs.

The pillows were uncomfortable and not up to the mark. The shower cubicle in one room had inadequate drainage leading to waterlogging in that bathroom.

Great location, very clean the staff were very attentive. We were upgraded to the suite. A very big space with bedroom living room and a kitchenette with an all modern appliances.

Only one complaint on such a huge space, the bath room was very small hardly any space to move.

For the suites with shared lounges, the key to door is the issue. With the same key, the lounge lights/ac are powered on and with the same key, the door has to be opened. This is security issue and also comfort issue as if other room occupant leaves with the key, power is switched off for all the rooms and loune.
