Hot water in showers was on and off,

Housekeeping services need to be improved. There was no kettle in the room, only one cup in the room, telephone did not work and internet was really bad

We had a comfortable stay. The dinner was very good

The hotel is mainly used to host weddings. The breakfast was poor. It’s quite a long way from Rajkot with little to explore in the immediate vicinity

Very scenic and comfortable resort. Good breakfast and restaurant. Staff were very friendly.

Be aware that the hotel is quite far from the city centre of Rajkot. We liked that it was quiet, but the downside is that we needed to factor in taxis to/from the centre.

Evening meal was very good. The setting was tranquil and relatively quiet.

Wi-Fi was not good at all. Struggled to get hot water in the morning for a shower.

Poor service. Took a long while to get anything from housekeeping. They provided one cup and one glass in the room for couple - and we wanted extra bottled water and the room service and housekeeping staff kept asking me to call the other. Terrible. Wifi didn’t work till we complained and then they gave an alternate solution. No charging points near the work table.

The building is beautiful and has great potential. The breakfast was nice, and the waiters were pleasant and attentive.

The location is out of town a ways. The place looked dinghy and lacked upkeep. The shower drain was clogged, and water flooded the bathroom. There was no extra toilet paper. There was no wifi in the room. The front desk staff really need to be trained. They were unfriendly and lacked integrity. Ashish told me my driver could sleep in the staff accommodation, and my driver was told told to find his own accommodation. In the morning, the front desk person told me that they had provided accommodation for my driver but they had not and he had slept in the car. It would have been simpler for them to have responded to my inquiry with a simple no.

Breakfast was basic.

This "heritage" hotel is 90% rebuilt and maybe 10% original architecture.There was no hot water. Management said to let it run for 15 minutes. We did and it didn't help. In the end we had to request a bucket of hot water and could not even have a shower.

Only good part about it is it’s heritage buildup

Staff needs to be trained there was no one at the reception at the time of check out; also for single thing got to call housekeeping thrice.The property very much needs renovation.

Nice property- needs updating and training of staff . Eg breakfast poorly laid out. :eg fruits in random dishes ( covered in cling film) . Haphazard items in rooms. Eg tea/coffee making facilities ( so nice to see) but put on bedside table. Little things but changes can make a huge difference to such a beautiful “home”

good place to stay on the outskirts if u plan to use Rajkot as a base to explore the surrounding places like Gondal or junagadh

the property seems to be aligned to handle and cater to large groups like weddings . they did not seem prepared or geared to handle the retail guest . there was no valet to park the cars - it was self serve and rather inconvenient if you have driven 300 plus kms in a day. breakfast was limited and a la carte . the place is vegetarian and that could be a problem for some . the value at the tariff paid and facilities was terrible . almost a rip off .

Every thing was worst and I just left hotel in 1 hour it was so bad

I like the view the heritage for me it was superb...wonderful solo experience. Will definetly visit u next. A must?
