- Fast checkin, good in-room amenities, good food. The only thing missing is hair dryer in bathroom else pretty well equipped. Checked out at 6 am and the front office staff was kind enough to arrange some packed breakfast for us.

Staff was fine, in the average standard with professional manners.

Breakfast and dinner was good, staff very kind and helpful
WiFi in the room was not working. Online only possible in lobby area. (I had no local data package and was relying on WiFi)
Staff on desk were friendly, welcoming you and greeting with a smile. Was able to approach the staff with any query. The staff in restaurant were friendly made you feel comfortable. The selection of food was plenty and the servings were big. The Manager My Chaudhary was helpful and supportive ensuring our needs were met. The room was cleaned daily.
Staff who is fluent in English, and can communicate in English on telephone and able to correspond via email is necessary. Otherwise all is okay.
