Nothing was good to like

You guys cheated me This hotel is not worth than 1500 INR .Hotel does not have any pool ro garden facing rooms The picture on site and actual photo is different

No cleanliness Cockroaches are there Toilet fittings are not in condition Food was average

Extremely Disappointing experience

I recently had the misfortune of staying at this hotel for four days due to an urgent visit. Unfortunately, my experience was appalling.Uncleanliness: Despite my complaints, the bedsheets were not washed or replaced properly. I was shocked to find that the staff reused a sheet from another room.- Unresponsive Staff: The staff seemed completely disinterested in helping me or addressing my concerns.Filthy Corridors: The corridors were littered with garbage and empty bottles, which remained uncleared despite multiple complaints to the reception.- Unhygienic Restaurant: The restaurant was filthy, and to my surprise, the cleaning staff doubled as the chef. This is a serious health concern.Overall, I would strongly advise against staying at this hotel. The lack of cleanliness, unresponsive staff, and unhygienic conditions make it an unacceptable place to stay.

no ventilation in our rooms bathroom.cloth hanger and shower are too close. can't put the clothes there when showering. Bed is too springy.

Very disappointed with the hotel and also saw 2 rats in the restaurant.

Too dirty with flies everywhere and very smelly.

Hotel was OK with comfy beds. It was clean and had a decent restaurant attached

Bathroom was small. Taking a shower meant the whole bathroom got wet

The photo of the hotel is computer generated.Doesnt show the actual street which is noisy but all of Rajkot is noisy!

Had brilliant stay here whilst watching cricket at the international stadium. Great location, minutes walk from bus station, local market, shops and gandhi museum. Lovely helpful staff, organise laundry, transport etc. R36 bus goes directly to the cricket stadium from the bus station which was so useful and fun to use. Food and service at the cafe downstairs again was perfect. Wouldn't hesitate to book again.

Modern rooms and excellent showers. Comfortable clean beds. Great central location.

No loo rolls supplied as standard. Kettle in room but no tea bags. No water supplied in room but available for purchase on demand. These small things detract from an otherwise good hotel.

Good overall

Lift music too loud and continued all night. Disturbed us all night . Breakfast was a limited to one item

Location very convenient , value for money , restaurant quite ok .

The location was very good. Everything was very nearby.

The service was very poor. It was managed by a young couple,they were trying very hard to maintain the service but their staff was no good. Breakfast service was very slow. If you have to attend an appointment then be careful.

Great location, near to railway station and restaurant is attached with hotel which is a great bonus as there are not much food options around.

Very well-behaved staff and good ambience of the room. House keeping is done regularly. Quality of food is also nice. They also help out with navigation in and around the city and help in booking travel tickets. Overall, highly recommend for a satisfactory and peaceful stay!
