    Pros +

    • Nothing. Worst property and service. Pls dont stay and waste money
    • The location in town was great. We were on a family trip for just one night. The top floor restaurant (awkwardly named Garam Giggles - whoever thought of this name?) was pretty good, although it serves non-veg. It overlooks a ground where a garba performance was going on, on the last night of Navratri on October 1. We enjoyed watching the garba, along with food (some nice cheese fondue). It is just a 10 minute walk from the beautiful Mahatma Gandhi Museum.Since we were there on October 2nd, we did not eat breakfast at the hotel (our family observes a vow to spend less than $1 a day per person on food every October 2nd).Our sons got the handicapped-accessible room, which was quite nice and thoughtfully designed.
    • Clean, neat well behaved and friendly staff, good location good breakfast and food

    Cons -

    • Probably the worst sarovar portico property i have stayed with EVER!Stinking and unhygenic, zero customer service. Icinmg on the came was a cockroach in the breakfast food. The hotel staff themselves mentioned its an old property so its dirty and cant be better , in short “why did u book here”?
    • The rooms were pretty small. I was kinda amazed that the senior of the two people at the reception when we arrived did not know the location of the Gandhi museum. He said "I'm new here myself." Surely, he can be trained a bit about the city, even if he is from outside.

The room was ready upon arrival, and the check-in process was quick and hassle-free

"The rooms are quite small, and the cleanliness could be improved, as there were visible hard water stains in the bathroom. Even the restaurant tables and seating weren’t well maintained, which was disappointing. On a positive note, the food was decent.

    Location

It is very well located and close to major tourist spots and food joints. It is clean and very well maintained.

Room size is small and a bit congested for 3 people and no proper ventilation. Recommend it for short stays.

Breakfast was below avaerage, esp when we consider it to be a Sarovar property.

The size of room should have been biggerMore options in Buffet breakfast, esp considering it to be a Sarovar property

    Nothing to say ...

Bad location and very bad room and bad interior...

    2NimeshPosted on: 2-6-2025

I recently stayed at Marsa Sarwar Petco Rajkot and had a disappointing experience.1.Room & AC Issue: The room size is very small, making the space feel cramped. At night, the AC was switched off, and despite multiple complaints, the staff was unable to restart it. As a result, we couldn’t sleep properly and had to wake up early without sufficient rest.2.Restaurant Experience: We ordered Kadai vegetable and specifically requested proper gravy, which they agreed to. However, when the dish was served, it did not have the requested gravy. Instead of admitting their mistake, they justified it by saying, “Kadhai Paneer is like that only.” This should have been clarified at the time of ordering. Additionally, the kadai vegetable we ordered was not cooked properly.

A good varied breakfast.Staff were extremely helpful and friendly.

    Some extra sockets.

    7AmanmeetPosted on: 1-27-2025

Polite staff specially at front desk.

After opting for a suite. There was too much disturbance at night around 1-3am from housekeeping room which was just adjoining. Spoilt my sleep and my health for next day when I had to leave at 6am in morning.

    8SolyPosted on: 1-13-2025

    Very good

Breakfast was not provided to the guest along with the room package, but while booking the rate showed inclusive breakfast. That could improve.

    7DevenPosted on: 12-9-2024

Small but comfortable facility for two in a price range . But one thing at end of checkout we felt bad they send someone to check the room that we are not stealing anything from the room . We are financially strong enough to buy your hotel in one hour if it is for sell . Please never treat us like this .Check our background first .Thank you very much .

    Totally dissatisfied

Behaviour of the reception staff.Cleanliness of the room.Drinking water was stinking.Kettle was having a loose connection. Food was horrible. The cook doesn't even know how to prepare proper tea.

The stay was great. Good beds. Good cooling. The food for breakfast was great. Especially the wide gujju spread. .

Though they tried to keep idly sambar counter., it was really bad. Chutneys too. They should avoid it.
