The food was delicious The location is also at a crowded place which is ultimately safe

The gate should be 24 hr open and not to be closed at night. There shouldn't be this fixed check in nd check out time, like suppose we chose a date to check out then throughout the day until 12:00 am night, we should get the facility to check out anytime as per our convenience and not according to the fixed check out time: 11:00 am . These were the drawbacks that we felt should be worked on

The staff are very kind and helpful, they support all the needs for us And maintaining the rooms is very good , 24 hours hot water free WiFi each and every day changing the bed covers and helping us to stay as long time in a good vibe ❤️

This is located in a market area It was so crowded and behind the hotel there were so many cows making ugly to look like you couldn't walk in the way

. The rooms are good and clean.

As per rates comparison not satisfied and the management behaviour is so bad

Location is bad, it’s near dump yard. They wanted to charge extra for my son even though booking was made including his details. The TV didn’t work and they didn’t fix it. Hotel is mostly used by couples on hourly basis.

Hotel is Good but not mention Gst in rate at the time of booking but when reached at destination for stay they calculate Gst which is not fair have to declare clear otherwise everything is good service and response

Room had working AC and elevator. Relatively clean.

Rude staff, out of 4 rooms , one water heater didn't work, 1 AC didn't work. Kitchen service is poor and not accommodative.Charged extra for 1 kid who was below 10year old. Not at all customer friendly. It took forever to check in.

Room was not clean and mobile charge pointMattresses were not clean and found some stains.

Prices are ok, but location of hotel is very bad, connecting road are always dirty and filled with cows.
