Staff is good

Few things need a renovation

The hotel was clean, the room was nice and the bed was comfortable

First of all, the water in the shower was lukewarm, and the maintenance person couldn't fix it. The hotel isn't cheap and this is unacceptable.Seond and more troubling, When I made the reservation, I received three WhatsApp messages from different people who claimed to be from the hotel and had information about my reservation. They sent a link and asked for my credit card details. Fortunately, I did not click the link and did not provide any information . I wrote the hotel about it, and their answer was that I shouldn't open any messages from the hotel that are not through Booking.com. When I arrived at the hotel, I showed one of these messages to the person at the reception, but he showed little interest. My reservation information must have leaked from the hotel, but it seems that there is no will to investigate it.

Breakfast was delicious with lots of varieties of Indian dishes, especially the Gujarati food. The location was also perfect.”

Everything was good — I did not feel anything negative during my stay.

Quite far from the airport but may be closer to factories and business establishments

TV not working first two nights, locks (wireless) not working had to go up and down to reception few times. Not good late at night when you arrive after a long day out and you've to go up and down 3-4 times

We stayed at JPS in 2023 unfortunately it has gone downhill, the breakfast not as good, less options, used to have a variety of juices only one a day now! Even the tea wasnt great. Our room had smoking smell in it as well. Room rate is not worth it

Amazing location , food and facilities

Bed and mattress needs a drastic improvement. Beds and mattress are horrible.The whole bed swags in / moves a lot during sleep

Breakfast was exceptional. The evening dinner buffet had a very good selection and was different each day

We would have liked to have used the swimming pool, bit with construction work going on over the road and the cement, dust was visible. This was understandable.

It was very central. Easy to get around.. catching transfer was very easy.

I can’t complain the place was clean. Staff was super friendly. The food was amazing.. whatever required in the restaurant they made it for us if it wasn’t there.

The management was very understanding and accommodating about our special dietary and cultural requirements.

Beds are too firm and hard.

The food was good at the main restaurant. The breakfast was ok and the staff were not great. It took them 30 mins to make some tea!

The staff throughout the hotel were awful. They were rude and only wanted your money. The room was so cold even after switching the air on off me and my mum had 3 blankets and went to sleep with socks and jumpers on!

The cleanliness is good

The staff is ignorant, they gave me two twin beds, they joined the two of those beds which made it uncomfortable for me to sleep and when asked to give discount they denied and said that there’s nothing we could do.
