Located in the old building, cleanliness was okay but not great The toilet wasn't clean on the walls (leave it your imagination as to what was on the walls) flush also kept getting stuck and not working, lots of dust where it's clear it hasn't been cleaned in a while. Tv had limited options and internet was not reliable either.Only one elevator was working and always seemed to be in use making it annoying to get to the room (8th floor)The stairwell had not been cleaned or regularly cleaned, lots of dust on railings and litter everywhere. The restaurant was okay the food was not great limited options and buffet style most of the food was cold. Staff are also quite rude and not attentive had to call them over multiple times just for a beverage.Power cuts are constant although they didn't last long at all in the two day stay we had 13 power cuts. Not ideal especially when trying to access the elevator.The price was okay but for the overall quality of the staff and room and building we were located in you could find better.The hotel has a sign saying it's working in becoming a 5 star hotel just don't see this being possible as the quality is far from this at the moment. Would rate it as a 3 star not 4 as advertised on some websites.

The staff attitude and way of doing things. Construction on some floor- with lots of noise. Dirty bathrooms.
Infrastructure and facilities are good, everything else from there is a hideous experience. Starting from the staff which literally follows you and your guests and not in a welcoming way. One of them ended up following a young lady of my family under the name of security when she clearly felt extremely uncomfortable. The sad thing is the infrastructure and food is so capable of having a 10 star review but the male staff COMPLETELY ruins the privacy and the freedom of living at a hotel!
The staff was absolutely disgusting in the way they treated and followed one of my family members around under the name of security, and the whole staff keeping an eye on the guests in a dubious way.
Breakfast was good. Had stayed there before and liked the room etc. But this time not up to the mark.
The room in the Behind wing was pretty Average. But what was worse was the bathroom was not clean and also rusted in places.

Our family stay was excellent. Front Desk staff Muskan was very helpful and care taking. The food was excellent in the restaurant. Breakfast needs improvement.
