Nova Park

Neither the location nor the room is there in the way the picture is shown. The size of the room is very small. But no doubt the food is very good. The food is very delicious.

There are some facilities which are not available which are very important for a guest. Guests coming from outside face status problems.

Only the location

Rooms are smallWhat. They show what actually are the rooms Too crampedJust give one towel and use it for all needs

Bad

Basically they have to upload the right photos of room because in low price we thought there was big and good room but after going there get to know that is was just small room in which just one bed beside toilet bathroom and a small place to walk

"Friendly and personal serviceThe staff were all very friendly and helpful and no request for assistance was a problem for them. The hotel is well situated, being close to shopping, transport, and the tourist sites. We would definitely stay there again."

Poor

There is no proper parking facility and soo many bed bugs can be found on pillow and bed sheet and everywhere. One of the worst experience.

"The hotel room was clean, nice and spacious. Breakfast offered with a wide variety of food. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location is just perfect for a walk around the city centre."
