Great location, just next to the local market and on the Main Street. The staffs are kind and always there to help.

It was a bit noisy at night, you can’t fall asleep easily until midnight.

Great location ,near restaurantes. Area safe for walking. Quiet room to relax for a good night rest.

The location is very good, and the bed was comfortable. Hot water with good pressure was available, and the A/C worked properly. Breakfast was decent at the café in front of the hotel. There is a supermarket just 3 minutes away, which is convenient. However, there was no fridge in the room.

The male staff member (unfortunately I don’t remember his name) was very nice, but the female staff were not friendly.Water bottles not available in the room, if you arrive late no chance to even buy one.

The Location was excellent and so were the hotel staff. This was my second time staying at this hotel and I was pleasantly surprised that this time around they were offering massages. I had 2 sessions which helped a lot.

Well, my room did not have a television in it like the last time I stayed here. So, whenever I wanted to just relax in my room, I had to use my telephone to watch something otherwise I would have to stare at the wall. The Wi-Fi kept dropping so that was a little bit annoying. Also, for a couple of days there was repairs being made on the room next to mine and it got pretty noisy with the drilling.

The location is perfect.Room was big and bed was clean.

Large accommodation. Great AC and very comfortable bed.

The toilet is too close to shower making it uncomfortable. Also the WiFi is shotty at best. It comes and goes and isn’t reliable.

The room size; at least the one I stayed in was larger than I expected. It was clean and comfortable.

I didn’t like that I arrived to the hotel around noon and the room wasn’t ready. I really wanted to take a shower and relax for a few hours but couldn’t do that until about 15:00.

Friendly staff and a clean, comfortable bed. However, the bathroom is covered in mold and clearly in need of renovation. At night, earplugs are highly recommended due to the high noise level. The included breakfast is just a very small sandwich – definitely not enough to fill you up. Also, can a room really be called clean if there’s a cockroach in it? Overall, the night here is far too expensive for what you actually get – and that goes for the airport shuttle too: 1500 CVE for a 5-minute drive?!

Perfect for a work or leisure trip, great breakfast. The staff is nice and attentive, specially Claudia. The WiFi could be better.

No hot water in the shower. We raised the issue and some attempts may have been made to fix it, but they were unsuccessful.

Just in the pedstrian street in front of casa katchupa. Big room for 2 adults and a kid. Always somebody at the reception. Their taxi driver Albert is always spot on time, even before time. The WIFI is great in the lobby, does not reach well the last rooms. Very practical for an overnight stop!

Good location. Room was spacious. Breakfast was very good. I ordered taxi pick up from the airport. Driver was waiting for me at the airport and drove me right to the hotel.

Windows into the lobby made the room very noisy during the day. There was also noise from a construction coming from the small window outside. The noise was the only drawback of this accommodation I noticed. But at night there was silence.

BEST possible location. On the Plateau - the best part of the city. On the pedestrian street - the best street on the plateau AND at the best part of this street right by good restaurants and winderful live music. Remember that most rooms have windows facing inwards to a big common room but this gave no problems for me.

Praia Maria Boutique Hotel was very clean with rooms service every day. Also the shower was very nice and the location was super central and perfectly for a tourist stay. Many bars & cafes close by with live music every evening. The staff was helpful anytime.

It was a bit noisy in the evening and also in the morning (dogs started to bark at sunrise). Also you have to be aware, that the window leads to the inner communal hallway, which has an open roof at least for fresh air. We knew this, so we were fine with it!

Our first hotel for our first time in Praia and we could not have found a better location, the staff is very available and attentive.. the rooms are clean and do not contain more than necessary, the space is well arranged.. The service is really excellent, they provide taxis for airport shuttles and breakfast is included. We did comeback there for our last night in Praia before flying back home

The rooms and breakfast are very basic for the range of price but focus on the location and the accommodations around and most of all the Great staff
