Firstly , the staff are very welcoming , service quality is top notch . Raajal at the reception deserves a special mention. The breakfast buffet had good variety.The location is an icing on the cake , its located on the banks of a canal and i was lucky to have a wonderful view from my balcony.Another speciality about the location is its proximity to the College Road the main high end shopping area in Nadiad from Reliance Digital, Croma, Mc Donalds , Pizza Hut , Dominos , Food Zone ( for local cuisine) , Sankalp ( South Indian) all on one road.A special mention also for the two restaurants Tomato ( American Theme) and Chooclate sreving shakes and snacks. At Tomato one must try their Mexican cuisine. A must visit in Nadiad.

Break fast and Bath room. Bath room smells need to be Improved. Shower area are terrible

Good location a few maintance issues and had to call them to get is sorted.

Few cleaning issues but the booking via booking .com was more than what the Hotel gave to my friend for the same room. Sent a message on the price match and been asked question that have been sent already.

Staff was very courteous and promptly fulfilled our request. Hotel is kept clean and tidy.

The bathroom smelled musty even after cleaning properly. There needs to be fresh air freshener inside the bathroom. Although, the hotel staff obliged us by spraying the air freshener as soon as we requested, however, it is not a lasting solution. Other thing was the bed. It was not very comfortable this time. Also it made spring like noise whenever we sat on it or went off it.

Cleanliness.

Wifi was very painful. Poor connectivity. Had to change the room despite that not working properly. Room service was slow. All cuisines food was not avilable.

They need to be more accurate with what they advertise. they claim Wi-Fi but tell guests you have to keep room door open to work, hot water doesn’t work after 11pm they could do better with that stuff. once you notified them, things took too long

Room Service. The Room service number kept on ringing when dialed and no body picked it up a couple of times. Also, washrooms lack air freshner and never received one even after asking for it.

Location is good

Room service is poor, nor they have enough staff. Not recommended to stay for comfort and leisure.

It was a good hotel with amminity , BF should have been included in the price than it was best hotel

Bath room was not having hot water and on request provide immersion road and bucket on 1 st day , next day was ok

The Location of the Hotel was amazing. It was at the centre of the city, they own their own restaurant too. Staff was cool. House keeping were also good. Overall, a wonderful experience.
