What Guests Loved
Pros +
- Everything is great. The stuff are so polite and the room were clean. Its the best hotel in Yanbu this was my fifth stay in this hotel and i would never change the hotel as long as they still have the same services
- Is a very new hotel, not very close to the beach but the comfort is worth it, is very beautiful super clear and the price is wonderful. If I return to Yanbu someday I will stay there again.
- However the front desk guy was good enough to offer us bigger suite with extra bed to accomodate the family members all in all it was a good experience...
Cons -
- The booking I did was for 2 Family Suite and when I got there they didnt have it available and was forced to take bigger rooms with higher price

Cleanliness, location, room size, wash room all were excellent.

Very clean and comfortable
Asks for plates and utensils but were not available. Maybe due to Ramadan?
Location and parking is what makes me comeback to this hotel. Havent tried the coffee bar but looks cozy.
Room 211 seems to be under maintenance but was given to us..shower would suddenly turn on by itself, bathroom lock is not working. Phone not working..The room itself doesnt look presentable. This is my second visit was left dissappointed compared to the first.
The hotel is new and the staff are friendly
We found hair on our bed. I would have assumed they wash and replace all sheets and linens but apparently they dont!
Property was ok parking space up front but during peak season maybe it will be full, the room itself is ok, clean and comfortable..good wifi connection. lovely coffee bar. good location many shops nearby and peaceful area..
i find the ac a bit weak, even after adjusting, corridor and other room soundproofing is weak..i can hear people in the hall and other rooms toilet sound..

The mattress wasn't that comfortable and the chairs in the living room wasn't so clean.
