The staff do not know about the hotel promotion that are listed in the hotel website and they will told you its old advertise and not active any more. even if you paid in advance, they don't let you in. Really they are not trusteed hotel.

Very old hotel, the furniture is very much outdated, very bad smell in the washrooms and corridor. The hotel doesn’t justify the prices they charge

False advertisement. The pictures are not as shown in the app. No carpet. AC very old, big and doesn’t work properly.

The hotel is clean, the staff was friendly and efficient. Ahmad at the reception was very good, quick and friendly. I stayed at that hotel 23 years ago.

The hotel is getting older and needs some maintenance. For example the "Shattaf" (Bidet) was leaking a lot of water if turned on. Needs to be looked at. Small things that should be constantly maintained.

Hotel is very nice clean and comfortable,beach also not far from hotel , in reception working very smart stuff

Breakfast was excellent. Good & reasonable options in the Lunch à la carte menu. Internet connectivity was hassle-free

Maintenance was not given attention, furniture (table) was broken. During check in time, there was a musty smell all over, apparently from the central AC which needs thorough overhaul and cleaning. The bathroom was also in need of plumbing work. The comforters were extremely thick, not suitable for the type of weather at this time of year. Elevator was also calling for maintenance (the door of the service elevator was not closing properly)

Breakfast was good, overall facility was clean.

The room had very strong dampening smell, to the level it irritated to breath and couldn’t get proper sleep. Not recommended for stay.

Good food and very specious club house with open lawn for walking

The staff were humbly professional at handling guest’s complaints and improving the guest’s experience. This is what exactly the hospitality tends for. We booked an executive room with lounge access and get a free upgrade to an executive suite, the room is so specious. The hotel’s perfect for business travelers more than a leisure trip. However, the stay were comfortable, service were extraordinary quick, the dinner buffet has a good variety and excellent service. I’d like to thank in special Ahmed, Moaz and the nice lady Ibtihal from the Front Office team. As well as the restaurant manager Mr. Mahmoud, Ahmed and Sau from the Food & Beverage. We were treated like a top vip guest.

- One of the telephones on the apartment was not working.- No direct access to the beach from the hotel.

Won’t come again very boring property

Very dull and boring no restaurants looking like old abandoned place no toiletries were provided charged too much and served nothing room was also had no good view

Very clean and comfortable room. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I would like to thank Razan at reception for warm welcome and flexibility checking in and out. I will visit again

Slightly old facility, functional nonetheless. I would have loved a sea view room, but apparently, there are none despite the hotel being literally by the shore.
