- Food is great, coffee is great, room is great, but I experience the worst customer service.
- I like the ambiance of the hotel. It is a mix of Baguio culture and relaxing view of the mountain. I am also quite keep to cleanliness but the hotel did not disappoint me. Staff are very courteous, helpful and friendly.
- The food in hoka brew is really good and all the staff is approachable and friendly.
Cons -
- Our car was stained with coffee while park inside the hotel establishment on our first day and was left to dry out through out the night, this was captured on CCTV and even the guard, helpdesk of the hotel was aware of this occurrence, they are in control however this was not aligned to us and the people/guest responsible for the coffee spill was able to successfully check out. We were only able to find out the spill after noticing it from our end on our second day, we raised it asap but the hotel did not show any care or even bothered to take our concern seriously that's why it took us our entire 5 days of vacation day spent on worry, stress, disappointments.
- Minor thing is that it is pretty far from the city center so taxi fare going around is quite pricey. There are also some occasions that WiFi signal is disconnecting.
- Hopefully next time may airconditioned rooms na. ?

Clean. Staffs are nice.
No aircon/heater. Extra charge for everything else that’s not listed on their amenities list. We ask for extra blanket and there’s a 100 peso Extra charge for blanket per night so we didn’t get it. But we had to get the 100 pesos extra charge for electric water heater for drinking. Again no AC/heater in the room. It’s really a bummer specially in a 9 degree Celsius weather. The in-room floors are super cold especially the wet restroom floors on a freezing nights, it’s like stepping on a ice with bare feet, literally. This is the only down item that i really dont like this property and the extra charge for everything else. Great location, easy access to highway and close to stores. Nice and helpful staff. Clean area and surroundings. Nice restaurant and nice view.
