Grand Sierra Pines Baguio

Location and friendly staff. Very quite and healthy environment.

Clean & friendly staff Nice ambiance

Staff was very accommodating & efficient. Breakfast could be improved.

More breakfast items - longganisa, dried fish, tapa, more fruits.

Its great to be in the quiet side of Baguio. Rooms are big and having an aircon is a plus!

Staff very attentive and helpful.Buffet breakfast for all 3 mornings was delicious ? Large, spacious balcony good to breathe in morning air or let fresh air into the room thru door screen

Awakened by screaming children early in the morning and had to deal with it thru most of the breakfast. Somewhat dated interior room decor with latches on door balcony loose and about to fall apart. A little on the pricey side for accommodation...

friendly staff. definitely the spa!

connecting rooms (other guests on the next room were so noisy in the middle of the night) is not equipped with sound proofing.

I love the design and architecture of the hallways

our room had rattling ceiling fans and malfunctioning keycards

It's away from the hustle and bustle of the city center. We truly were relaxed and at peace. Nothing beats a good morning and afternoon walk around the area. It was near enough Mines View Park, The Mansion, Wright Park, and good Baguio restaurants. The view every morning from our hotel room is captivating. The staff were very hospitable and accomodating. The room is spacious and clean. And I really appreciate that it had a bunch of power outlets. It's a family-friendly hotel with lots of activities too. We particularly loved that they've arranged a Visita-Iglesia for the Holy Week and we got to discover and pray at different churches around Baguio.

Free parking and best breakfast buffet. Rooms are very big

The location of the property was good. Outlook Drive had a lot of interesting restaurants. Their breakfast had a good variety. The staff were very accommodating.

The room was very clean, the staff and service was exceptional

A lot of construction on the adjacent property was noisy in the morning. Hopefully, construction will be finished during our next stay

I like the location, great for a get-away from city life. The property is surprisingly great, love the big balconies and the spacious room. The staff are extra friendly.

I wanted to pay in cash, but they already charged my credit card before I physically checked in. I could be better if they asked first.

i like the open concept and the vibe. pretty good breakfast spread. staff were nice and helpful

Breakfast. Nice staff.

Many weddings and parties with live bands until 10pm that are extremely loud. Very disturbing even with your door closed.

Very good and courteous staff

Breakfast buffet can be better. Shower drainage need some cleaning. Softer pillows will be appreciated

Comfortable bed and pillows. Breakfast has a large variety of foods and desserts.

Coffee jag not working . I need to go outside to get a hot water. No safety deposit in my room.

Accessible to a lot of places like the Mansion, Botanical Garden. Staffs are polite and accommodating. Rooms are spacious. Breakfast with wide variety of choices.

The water jag not working in both rooms. No safety deposit in my room. The price is a bit expensive.

Great service from staff . Buffet breakfast included in booking .

The bathroom had molds all over . They should do a general cleaning for their bathrooms .

Breakfast options was plenty and all the choices served were delicious. Room was big and clean and they we were able to extend our stay for 1 more day while retaining our old rooms. I also requested for a senior accessible room and they delivered. Our senior parents travelling with us were really satisfied with the room. The staff are very nice and helpful especially to our senior companions.

location of the hotel is near many places; the staff are very friendly and accommodating

the bathroom was not really clean; coffee was not good
