Breakfast was poor, only Filipino food available, NO vegan options Also Restaurant closes at 9PM too early and this is not mentioned anywhere

The staff are great, very friendly and approachable.

I have Globe network and without any reception. What made me more upset was that the Wifi was very very very bad. The room I stayed also had small cockroaches. I really am not afraid of it but for the price of the hotel and name, It¿s a big concern.

The buffet breakfast at Te Quiero restaurant was excellent. Cooked to order eggs and other hot foods were available. This was a tremendous value at 250 PHP/person. One server also provided fantastic service.

Room didnt have a small Re-Fridge and also AIR CON system wasn''t working properly so we had to ask for a RAGULAR FAN

Friendly Staff

We like everything in this hotel, from location, aircon, ice maker, water dispenser, etc.

Close to Victory bus station. Rooms small but clean breakfast ok, not great. Staff helpful with tour travel.

Blanket was kind of weird, felt like some type of plastic.

Literally at the bus station and close to Session Road

They had better breakfast several years ago, but no compaints about this stay.

The biggest reason I stayed there is the location; connected to the VL terminal and close to SM Mall. I like the split unit aircon. Liked the water containers with hot water in the hallway. A good restaurant with good food.

The beds were very uncomfortable and those thick sheets were cold and horrible feeling. New beds are needed that contour to the pressure points of your body. The cr needed MUCH brighter lighting. Overall, the hotel needs an upgrade from the oldish furnishings.

I like the place, it's very convenient and close to the bus terminal. Very clean staff are nice and approachable.

If you need convenience to the Victory Line bus station, this is your place. It’s literally on top of the station. However with a good aircon you will never know they are next door. The room and bath are small. Not sure if this would be a 4 star place, it feels more like a good 3. Breakfast is good and varied. The staff always willing to help and cheery.

The location is good for the bus but I didn’t see a lot more that would be interesting from the tourist perspective. The rooms are plain and without much extra. If you need extra pillows they’ll gladly deliver when you ask.

Convenience with the location as well as the ambiance.

Facilities wise, the net is slow and shower head with our room when switched to Hot is not giving sufficient supply.

Located adjacent to the Victory Liner bus terminal. Bed was comfortable and the room was very comfortable. The restaurant attached had a good selection of food options.

The hotel is in a very accessible location, close to key areas and easy to reach by public transport. the staff were very accommodating.

Room is neat and well prepared. Good size of toilet. Toilet and shower water temp control is good. Very near and accessible to almost all daily needs and places to go. Can easily beat traffic hassles. Filipino breakfast is good and satisfying. All staffs are accomodationg and polite.

The staff, especially the guards, were very friendly and helpful.

The mop that was used in our bathroom smelled a bit old and the scent lingered in there.

The cafe was the most pleasant experience, kind and helpful and attentive staff

The rooms could have been improved. We were assigned to the corner room at the top floor and the ceiling was leaking. With the incessant rain all day and week, our room became vero cold and damp.

Hot chocolate was tasty

Included breakfast did not convince and was lacking quality and variety.
