Staff are very accommodating

I understand that we want an early check in however....the staff should focus in speed a d accuracy of work because they exchanged the blanket to towel ... and I believe the towel they found was wqy before we enter the room. My point is they should double check everything before handing over. The extra charge for the towel we did ot use and saud to be with bloods is not even ours even if to go through finger printing.. money is not the point..what im implying is that they should remove that in the first place... Bed and pillows stays on the exact location and i believe no ine touches the towel, i firmly believe that it was from the previous customer...Not because you need to give an empty rooms does not mean you will not fully clean it, let customers wait if the feedback will be good , not like what we experience... I am happy with the hotel tho its a but old but im gappy with the staff its just that they need to be more clean and accurate at all times.Thank you

The bed/bedding, built up mildew/mold,& toilet.

The property is in the heart of the city, close to Burnham Park.The room was clean and amenities were available.It was senior friendly...the elevator worked efficiently.

The room had mood lights, not bright enough at night. Although the curtains can be moved for some natural light.

It’s assessable to the downtown

Location is good except lots of street noise. Had to change rooms as the toilet leaked badly, even In the second room. Bedding n CR were clean. P7500 pesos for 3 nights was a good price. We really only slept there. The cafe has a great breakfast. The staff were great when you asked for anything.

the room was clean and comfy bed, it is in the heart of the city. just a 2 minute walk to Burnham Park, a minute walk to session road and of course along the road to the night market.

no sound proofing,, cars blowing horns heard in the room. i was expecting a shelf to stack my clothes but i found none. it was only a rack for hanging clothes.. it was a short stay anyway so it was not that a bog deal for me.

Location wise is perfect. Near session road, burnham park, baguio market, and etc. Jeepney terminal is infront of the hotel. Perfect if you are always on the run.

Wifi is slow to not working and the door was really hard to open and close. You can hear the noise outside because of the jeepney terminal.

Great location - right in the city, close to Burnham park and many restaurants.Staff are friendly and responsive.

We stayed for 4 nights, and breakfast was not included. There is a cafe, but you have to pay. Basin tap was flimsy, and basin was cracked. The shower head was broken with a lack of water pressure. Water basically drips down, not sprays.It was dusty under the beds. Towels were ugly brown with marks from bleach which should be only for white material.

The roomboy/roomgirl doesn't maintain the use accessories like tissues. A water per day

The location is really perfect. Its within the metro area and close to Burnham park, Session road (Night market), SM Baguio, Cafe by the Ruins and the Cathedral. Many restaurants to choose from. The Staff were welcoming and helpful as well. The family room was bigger than I've expected; it has a mini living room and then the 2 queen size bed.

I am just picky when it comes to Comfort rooms: it was big enough for a standard hotel and has a water heater. They can probably improve the lightings inside the restroom and make few renovations in it. As I've said, I am really particular about restrooms, but never the less its not bad for the price and the totality of room. We stayed in a Family room (4pax)

Room was clean, comfy & basic amenities are available, except a hair dryer. Location was close to public market, burnham park, night market, SM (shopping mall) and home grown restos & eateries.

Basically, everything was good but hope water pressure for shower could improve.

Provided only 2 pillows for 2 guests (1 each) need to pay for add'l pillow request.No refrigerator inside the roomThe door cannot be openned/closed easily.

Location wise- perfect, near jeepney terminal, walking distance to burnham park,session road and market.

sometimes hindi nag fa flush ang toilet. no hair dryer.

Airon wasnt cold. Shower was very dirty. Nearly any water came out the shower

The floor was dirty when we arrived like they didnt really clean it, especially in the bathroom and the shower walls were also dirty. We also had coffee cups and small plates that were dirty when we arrived.

Its close proximity to Burnham Park.

1.) Water pressure on the shower is very very weak!2.) Entire bathroom needs a complete renovation.3.) Walls are made of glass painted over with white paint. Some portions of the paint are chipping away.4.) Room has no small refrigerator.5.) One lightbulb was broken.6.) Towels smelled funky.7.) They are very stingy with toilet paper.8.) Power outlets are very outdated and do not conform to universal 3-prong system for hotel standards.

The hotel was located at the heart of the city. Just a few steps and you'll have Burnham Park, the Plaza, the night market etc. The staff were all pleasant and readily assisted me. The hotel also has basement parking with a gate. So our car is secured. The room is clean and just enough for a family of four. Towels and sheets are clean. It's quite a nice experience for our family to really enjoy the city of pines. Keep it up. Thanks alot

Water was rationed, no adequate supply for guests.Very small space for underground parking.Bathroom was flooded. Toilet water tank needed fixing, can only flush once
