    Pros +

    • Perfect spot, beautiful location. Opening the window to the mountain and valley below was amazing. Space was perfect for our needs and clean and comfortable. The staff was helpful and very nice.
    • Not so bad nor or neithet was it good.
    • Quiet. Forest bathing.

    Cons -

    • Didn’t follow my request, instead provided us with a sofa bed which was uncomfortable. During the evening, the water output are weak and the heater didn’t work, we had to contact the front desk and seems that the hotel lack the manpower.
    • Probably need a vehicle to get there.
    • The only thing I didn’t like was that there were no toiletries provided. I’m not sure if they’re not included, but it would’ve been helpful to have them. All in all, still good, I brought my own.

We love the facility—the place is beautiful and the view is so restful. Everything is clean, and the food is really good. The staff are nice, friendly, and very accommodating. Special thanks to Justine as well for being so considerate.

Staffs are very helpful and the room was very clean. Plus points for the bathtub as well. Everything was excellent.

A serene place. Spacious rooms. The staff is helpful and available.

The room had very high humidity, which the AC couldn’t dry.

The location because its away from the city and its really quiet ,calm and the ambiance was really great.

Its the taxi or the transportation though they have jeepney’s .I am the type of person who use prefer to ride on the taxi than jeepney.

    Rooms, cleanliness, location and staff

Food selection is not up to par. Price is very expensive especially the bfast meal for one person. Price is like for 3 people set meal already.. management should review it as there is a lot of potential on the place and location.

The place is new, nice room and very clean

There's always no one in the reception area. Taxi's in the are is very limited. The guards wouldn't help you get one if you need to go out. They don't have contacts for transpo which is frustrating since the area has limited taxis.

    Cozy place.

I am not sure if I just overlooked it. Pero for the price almost 3k should have free breakfast. Medyo hindi nag d drain ng maayus ang bath tub. I have to ask for the hair dryer ( sana meron lahat ng rooms para hindi kana mangungulit pa ). Over all the place is nice and cozy. A little bit far .

    9Jeff B.Posted on: 2-23-2025

The room has two beds and it’s quite clean and spacious.

I thought it’s the location but it’s actually easy to go to by taxi.

    Far from the town

I like that our room is clean and comfortable. The view is great and the staff are attentive to our needs. The location is a little bit farm from the center, but i liked it. It felt a little secluded and more close to nature so it’s more peaceful.

Although the room is clean, there is this one extra long pillow that kinds of smell so i asked the staff to just take it away. And the bed’s headboard also has a weird smell. But overall, i think it’s still better than some of the hotels we’ve been in.

    Very clean and nice view

the aircon not function in my room the other its functioning but its ok since it is cold place

Lee Boutique Hotel is overall a good and well worth it property to visit and stay at.

The restaurant was under construction at my period of stay therefore lacking on the facilities side, parking was limited and the location is quite hidden and far from the tourist spots.

    10TheresePosted on: 12-1-2024

It was very homey and cozy. We didn’t want to leave.

The location. It’s hard to get a cab going back to the place. Leaving the place there’s a jeep terminal parked next to the hotel that goes all the way to SM Baguio but no jeep going back. Wish we knew this before choosing the hotel. Best to bring your own car for convenience.

The room was big and comfortable for the price. The staff were all friendly, albeit forgetful. I appreciate how they accommodated our request to eat dinner at the staff dining area. We ordered dinner via grab and the rooms didn't have a dining area, so we asked if they had a canteen.

First, it's a bit far from the center of the city. Second, the bathrooms could use more rails for hanging clothes. There were also no trash cans inside. The tub is too slippery to take a shower in so they should add rubber mats to stand on because it's only a matter of time before someone slips and lands the wrong way in there. Lastly, my parents' room didn't have any hot water so they were asked to use the electric kettle, but it was also defective so they had to ask for another one.

    9AdrianPosted on: 7-20-2024

The place was quiet and clean. One of the cleanest rooms we've had when we travel. Our room had two balconies, one of which had a view of the forest and mountains. There was also space for parking.

The hotel was a bit far from the city center. About 15 to 20 minutes drive from SM Baguio, more if there is heavy traffic.

    9AnthonyPosted on: 7-13-2024

Room very nice, comfortable and balcony was good for views and fresh air.

Location a bit out of the way but we managed ok, bonus because it was nice and peaceful, relaxing. Soundproofing of the doors could be better, can hear everything in hallways and adjacent rooms, but not too bad
