Le Monet Hotel

The wonderful staff, and the outdoor garden area, along with the breakfast.

Limited aircon rooms, this hotel is in need of serious upgrades, bathrooms and decor, I love this place, but I am not sure if I will return unless upgrading takes place.

I liked that it was inside camp john hay so the location gave very good access to a lot of good food. I used to check in at Le Monet with family but so much things had changed over the past 3 years…

I didn’t like that the rooms were way too overpriced for its lack of facilities and service. I feel as if I paid way too much and had not gotten the right satisfaction. Hotel staff was kind but other than that it just does not justify the rates of the room. My room alone for a 3 night stay cost 13,000 in total but I ended up paying 17,500 at the check out. It doesn’t quite add up to me.

The staff were trying their best. They tried to make up for the hotel's shortcomings.

Our rooms were not ready even when we checked in 3 hours late. No cable TV. No breakfast buffet. The food was not as good as before. Toiletries were lacking. The sliding door to the balcony was broken. The safe did not work.

I want to say that my stay in le monet is somehow ok. I dont usually rate hotels but this time i think i needed to be heard. There ere are things i didnt like:1. The fan in the room is defective, though they gave us air cooler but not good enough to cover the entire room. And it is noisy. Im asking for another room but they refuses us and said no available room anymore. 2. We were relaxing late afternoon at the veranda facing the mountains and pine trees hoping to escape the stress ambiance in the city but the floor above our veranda, someone is doing the paint job, debris of little paint was falling and it is like a snow and the smell of the paint sucks. We immediately go inside and close the sliding door. 3. On the night of the same day, hoping paint job is already done, we were relaxing again at the veranda, until some one, or i dont know if one of the staff burn some old news paper at the ground and the smoke and those burnt papers flew upward reaching our veranda, it takes half an hour before the smoke is gone. We inhaled those smoke coming from the ground floor. 4. No slippers provided5. No alcohol for standby disinfection. It was posted that it is available ( i brought everything) Imagine All those experiences i had, and i only booked overnight. I went out to relax but i had enough dis appointment.

Le monet is always a good option in Baguio. Great location, great staff.

Same like the last time we stayed - the hotel is getting old and isn’t upgrading. Not surprising given business must have suffered in 2020.But still needs sprucing up eventually

Location is good but we’ll consider other hotels next time.

Poor WiFi. Rules were not properly communicated to the guests .Too expensive for the amenities and facilities

Staff members exceeded our expectations, they were friendly, courteous, attentive. World class services indeed. The location was superb, very relaxing, cozy & homey feel. My husband was delighted, I was proud of myself for choosing this hotel.
