the room that we stayed in has no windows

The location right next too a great cafe and walking distance to everywhere and the staff were amazing very friendly couldn’t do enough for you

As I was a single traveler I was put in a room with no window and it felt a bit weird , I slept lovely but had too wedge the bathroom door shut as sometimes the smell from the drains wafted up but we’d had a lot of rain 3 days INFACT

Staff are kind and friendly. The food was okay, and we had a buffet breakfast during our stay. But, don't expect much.

Should accept credit card payment upon booking to avoid inconveniences. We arrived at the hotel only to know that it was not paid yet, so we need to pay cash/CC before we can check in. Unfortunately for us, we don't have the CC on hand, the one used for the booking, so we went outside the hotel to withdraw some money because we don't have cash available on hand. So inconvenient. Kindly make an option to pay via cc or pay at the hotel upon booking.

Just near the city center. Staff are very helpful and courteous. Value for money.

So OLDeverything is old: bed pillows towels, smells really old and dirty even if it looks clean. my first night I cldnt sleep well as somethings itching me seems there were bed bugs maybeStayed in room 409 for 3 nights and there was this constant smell coming out of the drainage in the bathroom. i have to cover it with the rug to lessen that smell. All staff were good though.

very kind & approachable staff..we had the plated breakfast and i could say the three of us enjoyed every bit of the it esp the bacon..will consider coming back here...good location, too. overall, worthy of the price we paid.

We’re reserved so we think na pag punta namin dun dirediretso na sa room, 2pm check in time pero 3pm na kami pinaakyat. Ang dami namin na nagwait.

Should be more consistent to provide the food and drinks . Breakfast time everyday should be same … cannot be suddenly inform will close at 9am. Hotel location is very good

Towel should change everyday. Should clean up the room everyday.

Bed was not a queen sized one but 2 double or single beds put side by side, a gap in the middle could form

We missed eggs, fruits, good coffee and natural fruit juices

I got 2 suite rooms for a family of 7. Beds are very thin. Toilet makes a very loud screeching sound for about 5 minutes every time you flush it. We went to the hotel at 1:30pm to check in, room is not ready at 2pm which is the check in time. We were only able to check in at 3:08 pm and we traveled 6 hours to get there. They tried to give us a room with “something black” on the ceiling - at least they asked first.

The buffet was good.

The foot rug is missing in the room. And the towels shouldn’t have charge.
