Hotel Elizabeth Baguio

The Grounds at night and breakfasts in the morning.

Yes. We stayed in a room that was on the backside of the hotel and there is a rooster in someones backyard not too far from there. It woke me up several times a morning starting at 4:30. Also, there is no A/C unit and felt the need to have one a lot.

The place looks like a straight-outa-fairytale. The staffs are very friendly! Specially the guards. I wasnt just happy abt when we were having breakfast for the crews collecting plates while we were still eating, they could have at least waited for us to finish eating.

Accessible with everything.

Great stay for 3 days over Christmas- Location, cleanliness , breakfast, staff are all wonderful. Very convenient quiet location, Walking distance to the surrounding tourists spots- wright park, mansion house, mines view, botanical garden . Also to country club and John hay areas for walkers. Restaurants, st Joseph Catholic Church, convenience stores nearby. Room is very comfortable and spacious. Staff are nice. I highly recommend this hotel.

Can’t think of anything.

The quiet location and the restful night

The breakfast ist okay but there is only one type of tea

Clean and very close to Wright park

Tv reception is not good

The breakfast is good with lots of choices and offers varous options daily.

The place is comfortable and the location is very accessible to places of interests in Baguio City, but it probably will need remodelling and upgrading to make the hotel comparable with newly established hotels in the vicinity.

Bfast buffet, size of the room, people are accommodating

Noisy corridors and noisy outdoor

The location was great and an extra electric fan was provided for better service.

The watermelon (my favorite fruit) served was already soiled. They should've checked the watermelon first prior serving to everyone.

The hotel is in a really good location, in the quieter and greener part of Baguio, with historic places nearby and good restaurants too. The hotel room is nice, clean, and spacious.

not good room left like rooms in the 60's

Breakfast left like your not freely to eat your limited and milk for cereal not for free flowing

Friendly staff, good breakfast buffet

We were assigned rooms in the lower level which smelled like moldy

Water pressure was good

Staff (Grace and assistant front desk manager) was rude. And could not manually override my booking when I explained that I accidentally booked 2 rooms and still charged me an extra room, making my bill cost twice the amount that it should be.

Staff is warm and helpful

The smell of the room is like that of rustic places. Please take off the carpets as they are old and smelly already it triggered my asthma

The breakfast was okay and the location was great

The room the provided for me and my family was like in the basement without elevator or escalator not suitable for seniors. The lighting was very poor and the bathroom smells like urine all through the time we were there.

Clean, homy and spacious room. Hotel has a classic European feel. Courteous and attentive staff. Located away from the busy city center. Breakfast buffet didn’t disappoint, as usual. Looking forward to our next stay here.

Slightly noisy exhaust fan in the bathroom.

The location very good

The furniture is very old and the floor mats are dirty and the breakfast needs to be more varied, especially since we are foreigners. We also need help from the hotel to find a taxi and they raised the price on us when we wanted to extend our stay.

Environment and quietness

No elevators for handicap and elderly who can't climb the stairs if the room is located in the bottom floor of the hotel

Very Accessible

Available room that time located at the ground floor accessible thru stairs but need to go 1st in the ballroom to reach the stairs. During that time there is a wedding reception happening and we need to cross to the guests for us to go to our room

The staff are very responsive and they will make you feel comfortable. They even allowed us to celebrate our sons birthday inside the room.

The facility itself is old but still it will not make you feel uncomfortable.

Ambience

Better breakfast choices. Improved bathroom amenities.
