Pros +
- Everything. Clean, staff, location, and the room is so comfy its hard to head out
- The Hotel is near to the city.
- Walking distance to the city center
Cons -
- Not at all
- The Standard Room was very noisy, that you could not sleep at night The street is in front of the room and the windows did not really close.
- the hotel needs renovation. The blind in the bathroom was broken and dirty, the towels are so old and didn't feel clean. One of the rooms I stayed was carpeted and it was stained and old. The rooms need to be refurbished. It is so substandard. It is a shame since the location is convenient and the hotel has great history behind it.

This property has a management problem! At first TV was not working, then they exchanged the room. Then the Internet WiFi stopped working… only WiFi in the lobby of the property. Before 6.30 am they already started sweeping the plinths in the corridor……tik tik tik against the wall. No, the price/quality was not proportional, the staff did their utmost
Central location
Broken electrical outlet, defective landline (no dial tone), hair of the previous guests on the toilet floor, hot water comes out 5 minutes water running the showers
The room was clean, the bed was comfortable and had a good rest after a day of going around the area and the water heater works fine. The room includes a ref and a coffee maker. The property is just a walking distance to SM, Session Rd, and Burnham Park. The staff are courteous as well. Overall, had a good stay.
Going to the parking area was quite a challenge. Seems not lower than 45 degrees. There’s no elevator, thus it would be a challenge for some to climb up the stairs.
Great location and old cabin feel. Staff were kind and the best I experienced.
Standard room was really cramped, looked bigger on the website. No aircon so got warm at noon, good thing baguio is generally a cool place. Shower faucet was trickey. Turn just a mm off and u either get scalding hot water or icy cold water.
