Pros +
- Clean room, although the carpet inside the room is not clean - I think they need to wash it.The staff are friendly and professional. The location is very accessible and easy to find.
- The staff are great
- The food is good and room is generally clean.
Cons -
- We ordered iced tea and orange juice via room service, and the juices that they served tasted like chlorine. The taste and smell are so strong that we couldn't drink it so I have to change it to soft drinks.
- The rooms are dirty. Upon arrival at the room we saw 3 dead flies. & rooms are stinky.
- They charge extra for room wifi. The free wifi is only available at the lobby. They also have a rule that you can't order food from outside as long as their own restaurant is open. They will charge a "corkage fee" if you do so. Lastly, the AC unit in the room we got is leaking. It got my clean clothes wet so I had to wear my dirty clothes the next day. Really inconvenient.
