Everything was good. The pool is good for children.

My party was tested for fever. No other guests were tested. Why were we singled out?

This hotel was 1 out of the 5 hotels we stayed at during our Philippines trip. During our stay, we had a few staff that were really awesome like our waiter and the doorman for example. Our room was basic but satisfied our needs.

Some staff not as on top of their job. We were only given one key card which was hard bc we often seperate in the morning. Our bed originally had stains which was really annoying to find at 9:30 in the evening during our first day (first check in there).

Staffs shared the real meaning of hospitality,made me feel I'm home,minor downside,felt ignored when front desk forgot my request for shaving kit, but overall is excellent, especial mention for hotel employee at Cafe Ecija

Closeness to everything. The staff, they’re amazing. They are one of the reasons we love to stay there. Rey and Mark at the front desk took care of any issues.

Leaks- please check room 115, ac unit is leaking water. Check the stain on the wall please. It stopped leaking that’s why I didn’t asked to be moved.Mold- room 125, on top of the ac unit. The room has an awful “old” smell.

Good locstion The hotel is accessible to major roads.

I requested for an early check-in (12:00 pm) to whixh they respnded that they will accommodate my requst. However when I arrived at the hotel at shortly before 1:00 pm I was not accommodated and that the room assigned to me is not yet ready. ILuckily their restroom at the lobby is clean and spaciois that I was able to change clothes and do my make-up (i will be attending a wedding nearby.

Room / amenities / food / good service

We always stay at Harvest. It’s in a great location, the rooms are clean, and the beds are very comfortable. The breakfast is excellent.

The buffet breakfast meals are awesome and the kind staff let us have a take out of 3 piece of pancake for our one year old daughter which served as her meal while on the road traveling back to our place. Thank you for your excellent service

The staff’s attitude and manners are very professional and makes it worth staying.

I wish they would have the old menu with various types of local and western cuisine. I specially used to love “Lomi” noddle soup and langoniza burgers.

I like the location as always! The breakfast is wonderful! It has varieties everyday! The staff are attentive and very accommodating! The front desk persons are very welcoming specially Fae!

My room's airconditioning is not that cold and quite noisy. so kinda disturbing my sleep.

Harvest Hotel has kept the property in good condition. Desk employees Bella and Fae did extra. They printed documents and were very helpful. Rod and Martin remembered us of from previous stays. It is nice that Harvest has kept some of the same employees for several years.We hope to stay there again in the future.JeffTexas

Small gym and although the CR is clean, there is a slight stink

Beautiful hotel and food was very good. Shower was very nice. Worth the price.

Upon check in, the front desk agent was unprofessional and rude. She also tried to charge me a security deposit for one of my Soldiers who didn't make it.I kept asking her why she was over charging me for security deposit and she kept changing her stories. It was clear that she didn't know what she was doing and refused to ask for help.The other staff - bell staff, restuarant, etc, we're very friendly and professional.

The rooms are very nice, clean, and spacious for our family of 4. The staff accommodated our request to have our breakfast packed as we are leaving the hotel the next day at 4AM.

Safe parking, friendly staff, accepts last minute booking with good room, delicious breakfast

Close proximity to the city proper and accessibility to transport. The vibe of the hotel was nice.

Rooms need some updating. There is this weird old wood scent when you enter the room (101) that makes it feel outdated and old.

The Restaurant staff are very nice and approachable. The rooms are big and comfy

1. I had booked a Superior Room with the option of 1 Double bed. At the check in the lady presented to me a check in for a Standard Twin. Upon clarification she insisted that 1 double bed means 2 standard twin beds. I managed to get a change of bed type and room type. 2. The room 107 I received was only prepared for 1pax although we were 2. I had asked for an extra set of toothbrush and after 15mins nothing. I had to go down to the receptionist and state I’m still waiting for a toothbrush. 3. The room toilet for some reason only had Hot water that flowed constant in the sink. On the first day I had reported this to Ian(ojt) and Jon the manager about all this issues but nothing was done to repair or fix. I lived with having to wash my hands face and teeth and battle with the hot water.

Clean and cozy. Awesome employees especially the male receptionist that helped with the check in process. I forgot his name. He’s wonderful.

I like everything

The overall facility is excellent! Staff are polite, kind and helpful! I can mention some of them like in the front desk Christian, Daniel, Mark and the Security, Housekeeping. Foods in the restaurant are sumptuous and as I said the staff, waiters are good will highly recommend the Harvest Hotel for my friends and family I had great 10 days stay at the hotel!

There should have been a pianist or continuous mellow or classical music at the lobby. I noticed a Piano in between lobby and restaurant. Maybe when I come back.

An oasis in Cabanatuan, clean and quiet, with a nice garden and swimming pool.

Nothing out of the expected for this good value for money.
