Nothing all is poor.the service is not great need more training your staff.

We cant used the shower bcoz get flood.Need training to your staff.this is may first time to see the security guard duty on the front desk. Fosset was licking

The quality and cleanliness of the hotel is very good and is an excellent value for your money. I have stayed here several times both for business and pleasure and it has always been great. The staff are very friendly, professional and accommodating.

Only things on the negative side would be that the quality of the wifi in the rooms could be stronger. It was great in the public areas. And more variety in the breakfast buffet.

No elevator

Room is clean and big. The staff are nice.

The hotel is too close to the street and it was very noisy during the night.

It’s our ‘go-to’ hotel in the City, Close to malls and establishments, pool is clean and not crowded, staff and guard are kind, breakfast is also good, you get the value for your money.

Sounds petty but there’s no welcome bottled water, Im a tea person so I was also looking for a tea bag in the room :)

It’s close to the main highway and McDonalds is a neighbor.

A mini ref and small coffee/tea corner would have made the room much better.

Great place to meet and bond with friends. Front desk clerks, security guards and Bristro 360 staff all are very helpful and accommodating. The staff are pleasantly friendly. Great location. Food is good.

Very clean, very helpful staff. Grounds well maintained. Good breakfast.

There seemed to be some plumbing problems with water pressure sometimes disappearing in the middle of a shower. Also, a sign in the CR advising that the water from the tap was not potable made brushing teeth a minor problem. They did provide good water in the hallway but that was inconvenient at times.

The staff was very responsive to our needs and the breakfast exceeded our expections.

Entertainment (TV) system not usable

The place is nice, good staff but quiet far from town.

So disappointed for the bathroom bcoz of the clogged for 2 days stay whenever you used the shower, kindly check on it pls room 123 & the wifi is too weak connection

Breakfast was not what one would expect from this rated hotel. Nothing special.

Bathroom door was difficult to close, informed reception but no action was taken. Struggled for the two days we were there with the door.

Very convenient and affordable

We didn’t get our breakfast as originally planned because we had to leave early. The staff at the front desk had a miscommunication with the kitchen staff.

Quiet, clean , accessible to the places we needed to go.

Lacks transportation for guests though tricycles were readily available.

Room doesn't have fridge & microwave. Restaurant staff was unprofessional. It took over 30min to take our order. It took another 45min to receive our order. Breakfast was only serving water & coffee. Tables & floors were dirty.
