    • We stayed in 's-Hertogenbosch during a techno event at The Den. We were very impressed with this modern business hotel overall. Our room was new, contemporary, and spacious. The very friendly and helpful reception staff made us feel welcome right away, which was particularly positive. The location is ideal – both for events in the area and for a relaxing stay. The neighborhood, with a supermarket and a small café in the immediate vicinity, is very pleasant and rounds off the overall picture.A real highlight is the restaurant on the top floor: a successful blend of industrial look and modern design, combined with an impressive view. When the weather is good, the terrace also invites you to linger and enjoy the view. All in all, a successful stay that we would gladly repeat.
    • Location and breakfast is ok. I like the bar and the bartender are very nice and frindly.
    • Room was spacious & clean!

    Cons -

    • Hotel: There is nothing negative to say about the hotel itself. Restaurant: Unfortunately, however, we feel that the service in the restaurant does not match the price level. The service was disappointing, so we decided not to order any more drinks or dessert.
    • I've got a room where not so much space between sleeping bed and the wall. Tv was hanged on the left side wall so when I was on the bed I can't watch the tv stright. I didn't fine any light on the table are and it was dark. However it's quite nice hotel room for short night. At the reception must waiting longer (Evening time) because there was nobody standing in front desk.
    • Staff wasn’t very professional, or flexible - keep be improved for a better overall experience.

Very nice hotel amazing room with comfy bed clean shower

Shower gel in the shower was empty… This should not happen with these kind. Of Hotels

Centrally located. Friendly staff. Room was clean.

The rooms are not serviced daily, meaning also no restocking of coffee tea, leaving less than one per day per person. For that price I expected at least a light daily touch. When asked they did swiftly remove the garbage and gave us new coffee the same day.

The place is close to the train station. It is clearly visible and is a very tall new building with 24/7 service. It is possible to arrive at night with no problem. Check out was fast, too. The elevator is secured - you can only enter the floor where you live. The room was larger than usual hotel rooms and the bathroom was also larger. The interior is modern.

Room 510 I think. I did not like (small issue) that the low/orange light was suitable for night was not accessible from bed but was located on the wall next to TV. Two larger issues - bathroom smell from the shower sink and noise from the outside - both could be fixed: 1. The batroom air ventilation was very strong causing two problems: 1. noise - I could not sleep without earplugs when it was on, 2. the shower sink was dried fast and the bad smell from the dried up shower sink was omnipresent in the bathroom, both upon my arrival and during my stay even if I used the shower before. The only way the strong air ventilation could be stopped was by opening the window (there is a sensor for open window in the air ventilation electronics). But having open window is not possible because there is traffic and especially train below the windows - noise.2. The left edge of the left (non-openable) part of the window was not sealed tightly/closely which then let noise from the street. If I push hard on the window frame, the noise from the street went away (but I could not be pushing against itwindow all night!).3. Light built-in in the wall on the sides of the outside of the window was turned on during the night - I could not turn it off. I had to use the curtains to make my room dark because of this unwanted light! After waking up I then did not know if it is night or day.

Great location overlooking the city (depending on room) with fee parking options nearby.

Specifically booked this hotel for NYE but turned out to be a total disaster:- roof top facilities were closed due to private function- given a room facing other buildings (no view)- empty toiletries in bathroomWe would not stay here again as pointless if facilities are unavailable with high cost tariff still in place. Hotel staff claimed this info was stated on their hotel website but this is redundant if booking through third party. We would rather pay the high fee to stay in smaller boutique hotels in the city in the future.

Room was really clean and fancy. Perfect location for us.

Maybe some agreement between hotel and some parking garage nearby would make this hotel one of the best choices in Den Bosch. Since now it’s a bit difficult to find parking space for night nearby. But as I know there is a parking garage just in front of the hotel but we can’t use it since it’s only for cars for specific companies employees

The room and the washroom are both huge. Lots of plugins, space to put luggage / organize, etc. There are plenty of small ambient lights - but no large open room light unless opening the curtains. Also appreciated the 24/7 self checkout convenience for snacks / drinks in the lobby.

    not much

matrass too soft, pillows too big and hard, room temperaturetoo cold, no room service whatsoever, and an outrageous 25€ for a very average breakfast

Great comfy bed. Great coffee machine .

Struggled to connect laptop to tv by screen casting. A 20min walk out of the centre

The room was small but clean, and the bed was comfortable. The buffet breakfast was good.

Unfortunately, a loud noise coming from the ventilation system in the ceiling of room 719 woke us up very early in the morning, around 8 a.m. We tried to continue sleeping, but this was difficult due to the noise. This clearly disrupted our rest, and as a result, we couldn’t enjoy our stay as much as we would have liked, especially considering the price we paid. I have also noticed that other guests mentioned similar issues in reviews on the Booking.com website. I would therefore recommend that the hotel investigate the cause of this noise and take the necessary measures to resolve it.
