Wyndham Danang Golden Bay - Free Shuttle Bus to Beach

Staff was extremely polite and professional.

It's a little far away from anything. They offset this nicely by offering a free shuttle, but if your looking for a night walk in the city, look elsewhere unless you want it to be a mile or 2 before you get in town. Taxi's are cheap though so no big issue

Had a super chill stay at Wyndham Danang Golden Bay! The breakfast buffet was amazing — so many tasty options ? The infinity pool on the 29th floor is just wow, especially at sunset — breathtaking view! Staff were nice and the airport transfer was super convenient.

The hotel was wonderful. From the friendly staff to the excellent service, everything was perfect. The pool on the 29th floor is truly impressive with a stunning view of the city and ocean. Don’t miss the afternoon tea, it’s a very relaxing experience. Dinner at F29 restaurant was also a highlight - great food and atmosphere. Highly recommended!

Some staff are great. We came late for breakfast and the supervisor said that she will take us to another restaurant which is less crowded and peaceful. Sorry I didn’t catch her name. Rooms are spacious and breakfast was good.

They didn’t have a restaurant open for lunch and asked us to order room service menu which is very limited, something which is common in much lower star hotels and not a 5 star. The hotel is probably meant for a particular nationality and hence the attitude of certain staff. Training is needed on how to communicate certain points to customers. Like while checking in the staff said check out is at 11am and I said wow that’s earlier than usual and her reply was your checking in early as well. ( 20 minutes and fyi I checked out before 9am as I had a flight to catch). While checking out another staff asked did you use the mini bar and I said no and she said wait let us check ??‍♂️I have stayed in a few Wyndham hotels and was always happy but this time the experience was not the same.

Breakfast was absolutely delicious. I loved the different variety of food. The staff(especially Becky) was exceptional. The staff always had a smile, friendly and courteous. Even with the language barrier sometimes they never got frustrated. The spa was relaxing. Great way to relax after travel. The pool had beautiful views at night. The water was the perfect temperature..The only disappointment I had was the roof top restaurant. The mixed drinks were very weak for the price. The dessert wasn't that tasty..

The breakfast was fantastic with so many delicious options to choose from, and the rooftop pool was absolutely wonderful. They even offer afternoon tea at F29, which made our stay even more special. Truly an unforgettable experience in Da Nang!

The hotel is truly wonderful. From the staff to the services, everything was excellent. They even offer a shuttle bus to the beach, city, and airport, which is very convenient. The view from the 29th-floor swimming pool is a real wow factor. And most importantly, don’t miss the dinner at F29 restaurant!

Everyone was friendly, helpful and welcoming. So much so that I ended up returning twice within 2 months. I wasn't able to enjoy the facilities. Just bed and breakfast. I enjoyed talking with some of the staff there and felt relaxed after my stay.

Where do I start? The hotel staff were brilliant as was the fantastic breakfast room ambiance and the very wide choices of excellent food. My Asian wife loved the Asian breakfast food and the choice of breakfast drinks including my now favorite, fresh Sour Sop juice . The view from our balcony was incredible.The infinity pool was very clean with a nice depth throughout (great for children and non swimmers). Oh, and another thing, there were not many (noisy) children while we were there. The lifts came very quickly to. I was pleasantly surprised at the very good exchange rate I was given from the reception for my Australian cash, Mint and the other concierge lady were incredibly nice and helpful as, it seems, everyone in Vietnam is. We will definitely come again to Vietnam and this hotel in Da nang. We fully recommend it.

The gym was a little under resourced. Just a little thing.

It has an infinity pool which open until 11pm so it’s nice to take a swim in morning or late night and see the whole view of the city. Room was clean and they offer a lovely welcome fruit plate. The balcony was nice to have a seat and morning coffee while enjoying the view. From the room, I can watch the sunset every night as my view was facing the bridge and city. They were nice to offer a complimentary airport pick up outside their normal hours, just text or email them 24hrs in advance.

It’s far from the beach and fun spots like dragon bridge area. They do have a shuttle that brings you to the beach but only at 6am, 4pm and 5pm, and you have to book it 24hrs in advance. I think if they have more frequent stops to the beach without calling the front desk then I would suggest you stay here away from the tourist area. But sadly those three timeframe doesn’t look accommodating, and we usually call a Grab. I suggest you pick a hotel near the beach instead, unless you wanted this infinity pool. When checking out, they made me wait for 15mins so they can have someone check the room to see if I used the mini bar. I find that silly as they have my credit card on file and I have a flight to catch! It’s not an efficient system.

The view of the bay from the 26th floor was excellent.Thanks for the generous upgrade to the room with balcony. Breakfast and service by the staff was good. The was sufficient choices of both western and local food.Excellent (unique) food presentation @ Afternoon Tea...but too many sweet items served!?

The service at the check-in was initially disapponting as none of the front desk came forward to attend to me. They were more focused on their monitors. I had to raise my voice for their attention! (Didn't expect this from a 5* hotel). Generally I don't like to complain...please take this comment for improvement.

Breakfast is incredible, the pool is the best in Da Nang, the view is breath taking. I could not be happier with this hotel. 10 out of 10. I love it and WILL be back!!!

The hotel exceeded our expectations. It was much more beautiful and the service was impeccable. We were met by the manager Nguyen Ba Vu and his attitude and attention to detail was perfect. The rooms are beautiful and well cleaned. The gym is spacious and well equipped. The pool is especially impressive, the view is gorgeous, the sun reflects in the gold trim. Good breakfasts, afternoon tea. My wife was congratulated on her birthday with a gorgeous cake with fruits. It was impressive that in the evenings they open a cafe on the river bank, where visitors admire the sunset. The hotel provides a free shuttle to the beach and shopping centers. We travel a lot and this hotel is one of the best places we have been.
