Lavender Riverside Hotel

The staff. They are patient and helpful. They are also attentive to the guest needs. Water bottles are refilled daily as well as other toiletries

The bed, it is too hard. The bed only has a thin cushion. Hopefully they will change their bed as I wanted to book again in this hotel.

Everyone was great! There was even a chef we said thank you too since he granted our request for bacon (we're a family of four). Not all heroes wear aprons — but the jolly chef who clearly knows his way around a good meal saved the day! We also loved theguy in the reception that recommended good banh mis!I know it would be petty if the other chef wasn't as accommodating since he denied our request for two days, but well the other young chef who made the bacon for four made our parent's stay super memorable. Not a bad point for the other chef since we are really happy with the food there! We loved everything!

Good staffs and Location

The room is noisy due to soundproofing not so good, the toilet door can not be closed totally, fan is noisy, breakfasts are similar every day during my stay

The staff were super nice! 5/5 stars for them, and the room was very spacious with a nice view :)

The only downside was the noise from the road, and even our neighbors were noisy during the last night of our stay, and the rooms were not really round proof.

Nothing, just be careful on the address since there is another hotel called Lavender Hotel (without "Riverside")

All is in a bad shape, the walls in the rooms looks like …..the chairs in the lobby - they should make a warm welcome- I never saw so dirty leather couches!!!

The room size was good, the rooms were very clean.The view from the roof.

The beds were too hard, the location was anbitnoit of the main part, but there was a busy street directly behind where you could find everything you need. The breakfast was not catered for any Western food. The coffee was the worst of my trip. The gym is far from that, and the rooftop area needs some love. The smell of urine at the front reception /foyer.

Very well located. We took a family room with a view of the river and the bridges through the windows and balcony. They have a cute little roof top as well.My family and I loved our stay. The beds were comfortable.Staff were super friendly and helpful.

We booked a different hotel at 2.30amThe blanket supplied was way too thick. With the air cond on we were sweating. With the air cond off we were sweating with no blanket. . NOISY. We Could hear the guy in the next room coughing. Could hear people walking down the hall.The name suggests the hotel is riverside. It is not (maybe in a flood). The hotel is beside a freeway and there are buildings across the other side. You can see the river in the distance out of the "jail like" window. We stupidly paid an extra night before staying the 1st night. When we asked for a refund the following morning we were told the Manager refused . Excuse being the money was in the system.

The location was excellent, overlooking the dragon bridge to the left and the Ferris wheel on the right.We were able to watch activities on river with incredible night views. The room was great value, clean and comfortable, included breakfast was fantastic with lots of variety of dishes to choose from. Staff were very friendly and helpful

We were at the front of the building so there was some road noise but still an amazing place.

Nice clean hotel, staff were very accommodating and allowed me check out at 2pm for free.

Wonderful kind and friendly staff. Good location close to the airport. Not many restaurants close but a Grab taxi was less than $4 Aus to everything i needed. I had to check out really early to catch my flight way before breakfast opened but the lovely lady gave me a snack to see me on my way. Will definitely be back.

The location is excellent. You can take a car, bike or even walk to the beach and around the area. The night view is great. From my room I could see the 2 ferris wheels, the bridges and the shops by the river. I need to give a shout out to the ladies and gentlemen at the reception. They gave me tips on where to eat and even helped with ordering online. They are very friendly and helpful.

The beds were too firm for me. It was OK when I was on my back or belly, but I'm a side sleeper. The breakfast options were good. I'm used to having bread and fruit in the mornings. That wasn't as good as I expected. The things I ate were delicious.

The staff were lovely, we were looked after by My Duyen and she was fantastic! Our room was great and breakfast was great also - lots to choose from!

I really appreciated how well-organized the suite was. It had two bedrooms, a common space, and a kitchen with a dining area, which was perfect. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff were very helpful throughout my stay.

The kitchen didn’t have any utensils, plates, or bowls for dining, which was a bit inconvenient. The bedrooms lacked mirrors as well. Additionally, having an oven in the kitchen would have been a great addition.

So luxurious and so cheap. The staff were so helpful and arranged things for me. Amazing view of city lights overlooking the river. There were even weighing scales in the room. Nice tea and coffee saches. I cant praise it enough
