Merry Hotel

Me & my family will never come back to stay in this hotel. First Time & The Last time.

I booked this hotel two months in advance, but upon check-in the staff told me my booking was “not found” and that the hotel was fully booked. As a foreign traveler, this was extremely stressful. After I insisted, they suddenly found a room and gave it back to me. This situation should never have happened and shows poor booking management and lack of empathy. Good location, but terrible handling of guests. I would not recommend this hotel.

Location Close to a variety of stores, restaurants and other amenities. Very desirable.

No English basic TV programs All in VietnameseLanguage. No entertainment and news to watch.

Like the staff very helpfull and very nice & polite.Also like the location just cross the road for Dragon bridge show.

1 out of 4 rooms we booked has a toilet issue, the toilet door was a sliding door, bad floor drain smell wafts out , i think it was room 806

The flooring needs some fixing and cleaning. Would be great if they can clean the window too. And breakfast chould be better.

The location is just opposite to the head of dragon bridge. It’s so convenient to travel around the landmark and tourist spot by walk.

According to the cheap price, the room is a bit old and not really clean.

A few mins walk from the dragon bridge and night market. Room is facing the river. Staffs were nice.

Perhaps bathroom window can be taped with opaque stickers? Instead of using blinds because they do attract mold.

This was a last minute decision for us to stay in Da Nang and meet up with a friend, so for one night it suited us well. The location was handy and the facilities adequate. The property presents well, albeit a little tired looking. The breakfast was included and was nice and in comfortable surroundings.

Our window curtains were torn. To the extent it was hard to tell where to open or close them.

Great location near the Dragon Bridge. Spacious rooms for the money. Some traffic noise in the Riverview rooms. A little better in the back. Avoid the spas and salons in the area.

We've stayed here twice. The water in the fridge isn't free. They need to post signs.

Great location. Breakfast, room facilities and cleanliness all fine.

The view from my room was of another building's wall! Considering I stayed in the hotel for 11 days, as opposed to the many 'one night only' tour groups, a room with a view would have been appreciated. Of course, other new buildings sprouting up to spoil views is a common problem for many hotels, so I didn't make a fuss. Good location outweighed no view.

I really loved the location, very close to the Golden Bridge and some other attractions in the area. Customer service was good too!

We could have done without the breakfast, unfortunately there weren’t many choices for vegetarian diets and everything seemed to be gone/not replenished enough.

The staff are quick to respond and accommodating of our requests.

The facilities can be improved like soundproofing to avoid disturbances from other guests, bed linens look worn and almost brownish. But it is not bad based on the pricing.

Good location and room was comfortable. We had bathroom sink blockage and they fixed it in no time.

Lack of food options for breakfast. Staff failed to understand simple English or chose not to listen.

People who works at the restaurant. I was staying there for three or four nights and one of the days I had to go to Bana Hills early so I went to have breakfast. Their breakfast time is 615 to 9, I think. Even at 6:30 well a lot of people were having breakfast still lot of the shelves were empty. They were not prepared.On the next day, we came around like 730 like a regular time or the breakfast and I see there are some empty containers some saying it was noodle and some of them to containers showing that it had chicken etc. I had bread and some other stuff which was left and then waited and then about 30 minutes later. It seems not refilled so I ask the person who is working there whether are you going to refill?With a very rude attitude, he said no. I was like what the hell, it’s just the middle of the breakfast, buffet time and you’re not refilling.

Great location, 902 room view is awesome.

Breakfast can be improved, staff should have more information to share with visitors, receptionist is not having any idea about the property, breakfast menu etc

Bed was hard and room had no window and out dated.
