Aria Grand Hotel & Spa

The staff was very friendly and helpful

The hotel was having hot water issues which caused us a good amount of distress; for two nights in a row we did not have hot water and it took the staff around an hour to resolve

Spacious, clean and quiet

Good, friendly staff, comfortable rooms, clean bathrooms.

Breakfast looked abundant’ but the fruit selection was mediocre. Also there was rarely yogurt.

The room was very comfortable and the staff were very attentive to make our stay very welcoming.

The breakfast could have been better however we did find something that we liked. Chicken curry isn’t your normal western breakfast but it was enjoyable.

The hotel is in a super convenient location—less than a 10-minute walk to the beach! There are plenty of local eateries and mini-marts nearby, which made everything so easy. My room was spacious and had a big window overlooking the city. The bathroom was clean, hot water was consistent, and all the essentials were provided. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. I asked for a good seafood spot and they recommended a fantastic place that was both delicious and reasonably priced.

Stayed here for just one night. The room was super clean, the bed big and comfy, and the sheets smelled freshly washed, which I loved. Wi-Fi worked great for both work and video calls. The rooftop pool was the best part—the view of the sea was stunning, and it felt amazing to just sit there in the evening breeze. Breakfast was more than I expected, with pho, bread, fresh fruit, and the staff were always smiling and helpful.

My second Visit within 12 months and I was so happy 2 return 2 my home from home in Dn Nang. For me who is a very seasoned traveler for the past 25 years I have traveled the world. My stay in Area Grand is special hospitality stands out it’s perfect.I have made many wonderful friends here and we constantly keep in touch .This hotel in my view give you everything you could want . It’s location is in walking distance of everything 2 make your vacation a memorable one

There is nothing negative I could say about Aria Grand it would be dishonest of me I would invite everyone visiting DnNang make this Hotel your base

The bathroom was spotless, the floors felt freshly mopped, and the sheets smelled fresh. The breakfast buffet had fresh fruit, eggs cooked on the spot, and good coffee. The rooftop pool, although crowded in the afternoon, was worth it for the view.

From the reception to the restaurant, everyone was welcoming and ready to help. They even recommended a local seafood place that turned out to be amazing. Room was cozy, clean, and had a large TV with international channels.

Good location. The receptionist Hoang and Tin was above friendly. We arrived around 9AM and Hoang did everything in his power to let us check in when we arrived with free room upgrade. Tin helped us with absolutely everything else. I would definitely come back here next time!

We had two connecting rooms which made it easy with kids. Staff brought extra pillows and set up a baby cot without us even asking. The kids loved the pool and we enjoyed the spa downstairs after a long day.

The lobby looked modern, the elevators were fast, and our room was larger than expected. We appreciated the strong Wi-Fi, especially since we needed to stream a movie one night. Shower pressure was great and toiletries smelled nice.

The gym was small but had everything I needed for a quick workout. Housekeeping cleaned daily, towels were always fresh, and the minibar prices were reasonable.

Just a short walk to the beach but also quiet enough for a good night’s sleep. The staff were attentive and helped us book a motorbike to explore the city. Wi-Fi speed was reliable, and the air conditioning kept the room cool even during the hot afternoons.

The view of both the sea and the city lights at night was stunning. My room was spotless, the bed was soft, and the bathroom had strong water pressure with consistent hot water. Breakfast was varied with both local and international choices, and the staff were always smiling.

The location was really central, close enough to the beach and lots of restaurants, cafes, bars, etc. The staff were so friendly and helpful at all times and we never felt like we needed to ask for anything as they had already offered it. The breakfast was decent, with options that suited different tastes. The facilities were good too :)

The pool area was a little dated and didn’t seem to be as well maintained as the rest of the hotel. It was still useable and we had fun but compared to the rest of the hotel, it was not as modern. We also had the air conditioning unit leak significantly on our last night but the staff offered us to move to a new room even though we were checking out in just a few hours.

The staffs are friendly. Good breakfast and everything is clean.

I stayed in this hotel for 12 nights and it exceeded all my expectations. I was upgraded to a room with a balcony which was a really nice touch. The room was spacious, clean and the bed was really comfortable. All the staff members were very friendly and helpful, I'd like to give special praise to Thien who greeted guests at the door. He was always cheerful, humorous, and extremely helpful, He is truly an asset to the hotel. The free airport transfer was also a pleasant bonus.

Everything was great.

Friendly staff. Complimentary transfer to airport.

The location is not great. So much street noise we did not sleep for 2 nights. My dogs kennel is larger than the balcony. Very poor Western breakfast selection. The pool area is unloved with no cushions and seats had holes in them. The advertised 12th floor bar looks like it hasn't been used for years. Would rate hotel 3/10.

This was our second time staying here - fabulous location and very clean room and comfortable bed. Staff were exceptional.
