Comfortable, clean, helpful staff, the river view at night.The best experience was discovering the Michelin recommended vegetarian restaurant that's next door to the hotel. It's affordable, serves excellent food, and has a rooftop terrace. Don't miss it.

Had a fantastic view and the room was big and spacious. Very clean and tidy and super cosy.

No breakfast was included and the location was a bit far from things. Also the stairs leading up to the hotel is annoying if you have luggage.

It's exactly like in the photos, which is rare. The staff were wonderful and super nice. The view was exceptional. Spacious room.

Breakfast was not that great, the location was kinda bad because you had to take a taxi everywhere, but I guess that comes with the view.

Would have liked a better choice of 'Western foods' for breakfast and a decent cup of tea :). Two single beds in room, but only one had a bedside table and reading light.

Location is perfect, clean, staff are nice. however, breakfast were almost the same during our stay.

We arrived before our check in time but they allowed us to store our luggages the staffs are helpful, friendly and kind, the receptionist greeted us warmly. The location is near the han river which is wonderful, rooms are clean and spacious, and the breakfast buffet is all so good. I highly recommend this hotel if you’ll stay in da nang.

The breakfast was very basic for a non-Vietnamese. Although there were quite a few items on display, I eventually ended up eating fried eggs on toast and a couple bits of mediocre fruit.The loudish Progressive Jazz lobby and restaurant music was irritating, and always there

The hotel is situated on the river and has a very nice view all around. It is a relatively new building with modern facilities.

We had a pretty bad time in this hotel unfortunately. The room bathroom was dirty when we checked in with hair in the sink and water all around. The cleaning staff cleaned it once we reported it but it was a bad surprise. The room had no sound insulation so there was a lot of noise from the neighboring rooms and the common areas. The breakfast was mainly asian style i.e. normal food you'd eat for lunch or dinner with very few options for a western / european breakfast. The location is not that convenient as it is too far to walk to the nicer shopping district on the other side of the river.

My friend forgot her wallet and thankfully they ended up finding it and sending it to her.

Breakfast was not the best. Staff wasn’t friendly. Room wasn’t clean even though I asked them to clean the room they never did. Location wasn’t good.

The reception team was extremely helpful and nice. The room was very comfortable. We were upgraded because we preferred one bed. The view of the river is fantastic. Great location. Best value for money.. The breakfast was ok.
