It was really nice, right near the beach and close to the lady budhah. You can also rent a bike in the hotel. It was clean and nice breakfast

The building little old, need more maintenance. The room that we stayed smelled smoke.

Staff were nice and helpful. Bed was comfy. Complete toiletries.

It rained the whole time we were there, but we had (a GRAB) dinner and wine on the front terrace. Best meal we had and a relaxing view over the rainswept beach. Will be back sometime one sunny day.

Ants are everywhere! Every wall, bed, table, everything. And also huge cockroaches. I stayed for two days and we killed 4 of them.

It was old and the management need to fix it ..no cleaning..hardly any facilities for the room Lifts smelledWould never stay there again The staff did their best and were polite but perhaps disheartened themselves

The room is very clean. It is cleaned every day. The view is also beautiful. The food is very tasty.

The pool was not cleaned. As the other things are good, look at the pool and it would be great if there was someone at the bar.

We left and went to a different hotel.

Awesome views from room, good location for restaurants, on the beach in quiet part of Danang.

The staff were all friendly and accommodating. We requested for a late check out since we were having a night time flight back home and the front desk took immediate action to accommodate our request. The late check out has a fee but it's no big deal! Room was also clean.

Photos as advertised is very far from how it looks in reality. :( Everything in the hotel is old including the elevators, hallways and the lobby is not inviting. The breakfast is okay but it's the same menu every morning. The rooftop pool as advertised here is not that pleasing. It looks so old and the furnitures beside the pool are also broken. They also have the rooftop bar but it is already non-operational and looks like it has been shut a long time ago. Also, if you are planning to go to the rooftop pool, there are no elevators so you have to use the stairs which also look so old and creepy. The location is okay, but far from everything. You can take a Grab and the cost is not that much. If you are looking for a place to stay in DaNang, there are a lot of hotel options out there that looks so much nicer and more comfortable. But if you are a budget traveler, this place is okay.

I liked that the hotel is opposite the beach. It is at the end of the main beach strip. The staff members at reception are helpful, friendly and polite.

The paint is dated and the apartment was incredibly dirty. I asked the hotel to reclean however it was still very dirty- lots of dust, ants, marks all over furniture and even a previous guest’s used makeup sponge was left. I wouldn’t stay again due to the cleanliness of room.

Location was outside the downtown busy area. Beach outside hotel was not usable. No smart tv in room

Very close to the beach, in a quiet area in Da Nang.Our 1st room was fine, but I did request a Seaview room for the remainder of our stay. Anna handled this, allowed us to check the room 1st, then arranged for a very smooth move.The cost was not that much more, but the view is worth it. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Water pressure and the hot water system worked very well. Elavators are clean and work well. The pool area is good, but it would be nice for the front glass to be cleaned. mainly for the fantastic view. It would be good for some umbrellas to be installed as well, to provide shade.Love how outside night time turns into a relaxing drinking, eating area's. The beach across the road is pleasant to swim at or walk on the soft sand.Enjoyed our stay..

Would be nice to be able to hire motorcycles here without holding ones passport. I won't leave that with anyone....

Spacious room excellent sea view

Poor location. Street food and large seating either side of entrance attracts rats. Seen 5 inside 10mins around hotel entrance. Roof top pool bar was a dumping ground for old rubbish

Good location in the beach, but that part of town is not the liveliest, it was a decent walk or grab to livelier areas, markets. The pool is not so nice, to be honest I didn’t use it. But proximity to the sea is great. The room was big and clean. Breakfast was mediocre.

For the price was totally fine
