Even though the condition of the accommodation I signed in advance had changed, I guided it on the same day. I had to be separated from my family and was very embarrassed. And in the room, a flock of ants appeared countless times and crawled around my suit case. It was not clean and uncomfortable.

The outside of the building is pretty. Staff friendly.

They provide you with a perculator. No coffee, no cup, no spoon. No towels. The bathtub was dirty. Lots of street noise.

— The location is great, very close to the beach and right in front of a 24/7 supermarket. — The room was quiet and spacious. — The bathtub was the main reason I booked the hotel. — Amazing water pressure.

— The room wasn’t very clean when I arrived. The bathtub, the main reason I booked, was not clean and had greasy stains on it. The towels were washed but had black stains on them. The couch also has weird oily stains on it and someone’s hair. And the bedsheet had a cigarette (?) burn in it. I asked the person at the reception to change the room but he said that nothing besides a room with no windows was available and he could do it the next day but never followed up, and at that point I cleaned the bathroom myself, so I didn’t bother them with that. — The hotel room looked very new in the pictures but in real life it is not as new either chipped paint and cracks on the walls and floor. Not a major thing but the pictures are kind of catfishing. — The room door knobs don’t have the signs with “do not disturb” on them, which would be very useful because the cleaning stuff will ring the bell at any hour from 8am to 10am asking if you need the room cleaned. I work at night and sleep until late, so having someone ring the bell at 8am and continuously knock on the door was not great. Please, invest in the simple door knob signs.— Booking said that the late checkout is available but be prepared for the staff to kick you out at 12:01.

I had a lovely 3-night stay at this hotel. The location is fantastic—just a short walk to My Khe Beach, making it perfect for relaxing mornings and evening strolls. The room was cleaned daily, and fresh towels were provided each time, which I really appreciated. The rooftop pool was another highlight, offering an excellent view and a great place to unwind.Despite my very late check-in at 2 AM, the receptionists were extremely helpful and welcoming. Their warm attitude throughout my stay made the experience even better.

- No shower/bath tub curtain so water splashes outside it when you take a shower- You have to run the shower long to make the water hot enough

The room wasn't the same from the images. Dark, only one window to the reception. It didn't feel private.The shower didn't have hot water.Wifi was terrible, less than 5mbps.

The location was good, with restaurants and pharmacies around the area, and a 5 minute-walk to My Khe beach. The rooms were also kept clean.

The walls are thin, so I could hear people from the next room when they're in the bathroom.

Location is central to everything required. Short stroll to beach.

Attitude of reception staff on check in - would not acknowledge the booking agreement for early check in and late check out. They offered via the booking but were not keen to provide. Swimming pool was filthy. Full of sand and stones and broken tiles. Needs a clean.

This is not a four-star hotel. A maximum of 2 stars.The pool is dirty: the water circulation is not working, there is dirt and debris on the bottom. the water is cloudy.the bedroom in the room is normal, although some outlets are almost torn out of the wall.Bathroom: dirty, mold on shower curtain. The room needs renovation.The staff are polite, they said they would fix all the complaints, but nothing significant.very noisy: you will hear everything that happens in the hallway and in the neighbors. we were never able to get a good night's sleep because at 6-7 in the morning, the neighbors would go to the elevator and yell at the whole floor. I do not recommend staying at this hotel, it is not worth the money

hotel was nice and clean, easy to find and the location was very good we could see the beach from room's window.

only one thing needs some work was the bathroom glas which was not properly tinted so person from room could see the person's shadow inside the bathroom

Location is excellent, just two blocks away from the beach, and a short drive distance to the city center. The staff was friendly and attentive.

The towels were old, ripped and stained. No hand soap, and hand towels. There was mold in the walls by the tub.

It was in a great location, the staff were lovely, although language was a problem when we wanted to extend our stay. The person answering our queries via booking.com told us they would call us about it, but didn't. When we asked at reception they told us to do it via booking.com and we couldn't. We stayed there for six nights, so expected a bit more TLC when we were trying to extend. In the end we didn't stay for longer.

It's dated, and a bit grubby. The bathroom has mould and water from the a/c unit is hosed to the bathroom floor. it has a window which opens on to the fire escape stairwell, so we couldn't open the curtains, the stairwell was used to keep the handyman's supplies, was very dirty and the windows were all open which made it hot and very noisy. The pool was green and the one sun lounger was broken, dangerous and uncomfortable.

For a 3 star hotel, this place is great value for money and location is awesome.Our room on level 6 was great. Views up and down the street to the beach. Great aircon. Swimming pool on roof with bathroom facilities. Easy walk to beach and heaps of restaurants. 24 hour mini-mart across the road, very handy.Reception staff, and room service staff were very helpful and accommodating.

The place is in need of a good clean, and a paint job!Pool area needs a bit of TLC also. Pool towels or extra towels in room would be handy.
