The staff is nice and the view is good from the room.

Breakfast could be better. The room is small and on the pictures looking so much better.

Location

There is a construction going on next to the property so quite annoying. Sea view is outstanding but AC is quite weak.

I liked the location of the hotel. Right across the road from Man Thai beach. A lot of eateries near by. closer to other beautiful beaches. Ease of getting a taxi, proximity to city center and attractions. Staff was very very helpful and professional.

There is nothing much I disliked about the place. I think I really got the value for the money I spent. No complaints at all.

Good location, very friendly, polite and helpful staff, they make sure that you spend your best time there. :) Also, reasonable service fees and yummy breakfast.

I would like to commend the operational manager for hiring a spectacular  group of young professionals.  Everyone from the receptionists to the bellman’s was extremely helpful.  Services were immaculate.  They enthusiastically answered all my questions about Da Nang and the surrounding area.  One particular bellman name Vinh did everything possible to make me feel like a royal guest.  From picking up things for me at the local convenient store to providing an umbrella during my stay.  He went above and beyond, so that was much appreciated.I was also offered a welcoming drink and early check-in once they cleared the room from the prior guest.  I left my backpack with Vinh and returned after lunch to check in at 13:00 instead of the normal 14:00. The staffs recommendations :Skybar36 rooftop and ADM club were fantastic for partying enthusiasts. About the facility:Stay for two nights and  exceeded my expectations for what I paid via booking with my genius level 1 discount.The king room without a balcony was fine.Bed quite comfortably, and AC was great.Views were great of the beach and surrounding area.  Morning walk on beach was tranquil.The shower and toilet are separate so handy if you travel with more than one person in the room.  The toilet had a fragrance apparatus that made it felt like you were at a massage parlor, which was perfect.  Highly unexpected bonus.The pool on the 14 floor was small but nice with a tanning deck.  Great view of the city from there.  Had a small gym with 6 and a free weight bench.  Sufficient for a light workout.  Single restroom with shower available on the pool level with towel rack for usage.Breakfast was standard, but I did enjoy the second day selections over the first.  Clearly, some dishes were completely different.  You can get egg cooked your way in a pan.  Surprisingly, both days didn’t have freshly squeezed orange juices, but others like watermelon were available.

Minor nuisance:If you are a light sleeper, then the noise from street level on my 10th floor could be heard so (external soundproofing isn’t the best). I  didn’t hear much noises from surrounding guest rooms.Unfortunately, during my stay, they also had daily construction work next door.  A house was being renovated, so the hotel did apologized for something it could not control.   This should not be an issue once renovations are completed.

We stayed here for five nights and loved it! Staff are really kind and helpful. We were travelling with our six month old baby and they were always saying hi to her and would give us the high chair during the breakfast. There is a cool rooftop pool and small gym as well. We stayed in the twin room with the balcony. The view is stunning and the beds are a bit bigger than a typical twin. More like what we would call a full bed in the states.They had good coffee and decent breakfast options. A few more vegetarian options during the breakfast would be nice. The bed was a bit too hard for me (although this has been the case in most hotels in Vietnam for me). The Wi-Fi was also a bit slow.The location can be a positive or negative depending on what you are looking for! It is far from the touristy area of MyKhe beach (about an hour walk along the beach). So there are less food option in walking distance to the hotel and less markets (hello mart is a 7 minute walk) but the beach is much quieter.Overall, we loved staying here and would stay again!

-location may not be the right choice for some guests-laundry was too expensive (20k vnd for one shirt)-WiFi wasn’t great -mini bar in room was overpriced -more vegetarian options needed at the breakfast-some noise from the construction next door

Had a leg injury asked them to change the reservation and qave the fees just for 2 days because it was really hard to move around especially the airport but theu refused. when asking for ice for my leg the first time they came abd brought it after they asked for 10k if need more for just ice :))) also location is bad you are far from everything.

Location- beach front and walkable to restaurants. Good selection in their buffet breakfast.

The neighborhood was not clean; it looked like there was a recent flooding. Lots of debris on the sidewalk and side streets.

The location and view were wonderful. The bike rental service offered is good value. The four to ceiling windows are wonderful, provided an excellent view of the beach and pagoda in the distance. Breakfast was wonderful with many selections. The staff even cut out mangoes we had purchased at the local market!!!

Unfortunately it was raining nonstop when we stayed. This off course is not the properties fault. However when we went to is the gym and area in the top floor the maintenance person was spray painting chairs which provided a very strong chemical smell. The gym could use more equipment, but who works out on vacation, right? Otherwise it is a nice property.

Absolutely amazing hotel. Sea view from the balcony was perfect. Staff were very kind and professional. Would definitely go back. Swimming pool on the roof was a great place to cool off and offered Panoramic views of Da Nang. Very special indeed

The room was as advertised. Comfy and an excellent view. The breakfast in the morning was good and plentiful. The staff was very nice. The beach is directly infront of the hotel. Calm water, great for swimming. The hotel is also very close to an amazning Buddist Temple complex which is a must see...incredible. Several restaurants nearby that serve incredible seafood at great prices.

The area around the hotel seems to be developing. Safe enough to be sure but somewhat broken down, not nearly as developed as the areas closer to the city center, if you are new to South East Asia it might not be your cup of tea if you like wandering the surrounding areas of the hotel. Having said that it probably makes the restaurants cheapers.

Location was best! A short walk across the street to the bar and beach.

Some staff members at the front desk weren’t friendly, maybe reassign them to the kitchen not around the guest. Booked 2 rooms at the same time, yet rooms were located on different floors. Staff did not accommodate the request for same floor, first room on the 3rd floor second on the 6th floor, same exact rooms. Rooftop and pool were also closed due to a private party. It would be nice to let guest know, to can change accommodations if needed.

Great location, outside of the main strip, quiet and near the beach. Staff were friendly and polite. Great food and room service option. Roof terrace gives amazing 360 views.
