Location opposites the river. It s a good place for you to have a walk along the river for excercise.

, I booked the room with river view but my room didnt have . Room is very small. Cant use the aircon as the water leaked a lot right on my head so i had to turn off the aircon. However, price is very cheap. good for backpacker only.

Not clean, noisy rooms, lot of traffic sound..guest make noise...

Room in photos and in reality both are different. It is tidy and clean.. Lot of traffic sound...and one neighbor in hotel very loud, I heard loud sound banging the door...this happened one in morning, one in afternoon and one at night..hotel have a camera, banging the door all day and no one in hotel bothers..

The location was really great and close to the tourist attractions.

If the electric fan worked it would have been better

The location and the room is functional enough! You get what you paid!

Avoid room 602, really noisy sometimes!

Affordable, near to center.

It has cockroaches. The covers are not changed. When we arrived, the beddings are dirty. We asked for housekeeping the next day but didnt change the linens. Apart from that the grave yard shift receptionist was sleeping on the bed in the reception when we reached the hotel and so hard to wake him up. Not professional. But the morning shift ammended it somehow but not satisfied.

Location good ? rooms really good and big. Staff was helpful if you used a translation app.

Bathroom exhaust wasn't working. Towels were limited and small size. It was an open bathtub, and an overhead shower makes bathroom slippery.

No wifi, and the receptionist was very rude(him)

We (five people) stayed there for three nights and the value for money was great.

The rooms with views of the river are very loud. The beach is further away than we thought and we could not rent any motorbikes at the hotel even though they had some but only for Vietnamese.

It is located next to Han River, therefore, it doesn’ttake too long to go to city centerAbout my room, everything was well prepared, all I need had been fully equipped

Everything is spotless. For a small boutique hotel that attends to the smallest details is a big surprise to me. Been to many similar properties similar in price range but this one stands out

I think the male staffer can use a bit more smile.

The staff was friendly and let us check in one hour early.

The room was disappointing as the beds felt crammed into the rooms and there are not a lot of resturants or cafes nearby.

The staff was very accommodating and kind.

The room wasn't too clean. The toilet had hair. We had two water bottles in our room and one was empty when we arrived.

I think generally everything is good, the room was nice, clean and the staff is very friendly and helpful

The air conditioner wasn't working properly
