Golden Lotus Hotel Da Nang - Rooftop Bar Sea View

Cleanliness friendliness, and quick response to requests

Needs a ramp for wheelchairs Need more vegan options for breakfast

Location was good. Front desk staff were excellent.

My room was tiny and had no sound proofing at all. Breakfast staff were not very good. Breakfast was poor quality.

Very nice personal. Good food and very good location. Many thanks for Helen from hotel personal.

The staff was very kind and did everything possible to make our trip even more comfortable. Special thanks to Helen! Breakfast was very tasty with many options suitable for everyone.

The swimming pool was closed due to maintenance, but we have been invited to the Sister hotel ( Golden Lotus Luxury) just 50m away to use their swimming pool and facilities.

The location was really good, really close to the beach. The pool was brilliant and the staff were all very polite.

This has to be the noisiest hotel I’ve ever stayed in. I get they have no influence over the construction going on either side of the hotel but even the inside was noisy. There was banging going on inside the hotel, house keeping would shout really loud at 9am and the walls were so thin, I could literally here the guy next door brush his teeth every day. The people in the next room were very loud, they would come in at 1am every night and then get up at 6am and play really loud music, which didn’t help with the walls being so thin. I didn’t sleep the entire 5 nights I stayed here.

Very nice scenery and the family room just perfectly fits for a group of 5! Really enjoyed the time staying here in this hotel~Thank you Helen for her assistance during our stay!

• The attentive and supportive staff who showed genuine care.• Night markets setting up on the street in front of the hotel during weekends.• The nearby supermarket was also convenient.

・Elevator wait times could be quite lengthy at certain times, although not to a problematic extent.

Staff was really Nice and helpfull, good massage and very clean

Awesome swimming pool. Delicious breakfast and nice staff

The beach is within walking distance from hotel. Staff is really friendly and helpful. Staff Helen & Amber really go all their way to ensure our rooms suits our need & they would also assist with our currency rate change by personally arranging in our room for privacy. Rooms are clean and nicely renovated. Would definitely consider this hotel again in our next visit.

Breakfast menu could do with more non-pork options for us who dont consume pork. Perhaps more chicken/beef options.

Great hotel, beautiful setting. The breakfast is excellent, everything is delicious, satisfying and varied. The room is comfortable, everything you need was, including bathrobes. The staff is very friendly and attentive. I recommend this hotel.

The hotel is clean and the location is good. It is close to the beach, restaurants, convenience stores and pubs. The cleaning staff were good and the reception staff were accommodating and professional.

Nothing. It is a good hotel.

The hotel is clean and the location is good. Got a room upgrade for the first part of my stay to a room with a balcony which was very much appreciated. Which then I stayed on in this room. It is close to the beach, restaurants, convenience stores and pubs. The cleaning staff were good and the reception staff were friendly, accommodating and professional even when I witnessed them being confronted with customers who were just plain rude and irrational.

It is a good hotel to stay at. Value for money!

Location very close to beach. Room was clean. Hotel was pleasant. Staff very helpful and polite.

That there's only one room key. Also no iron in room. They iron your clothes but you have to pay for it. Buffet breakfast was alright but the fruit selection was very minimal.

staff was friendly . room was clean . good location

I returned to Danang several times. What lodging is best for me? I constantly ponder. For me, this location was ideal. The hotel is close to an eatery, shops, and the ocean.

The hotel is beautiful. Cleanliness. Walk-in 200 meters to the beach. The staff is very enthusiastic and attentive even though I only stayed for 1 night. Will come back to the hotel when I go to Da Nang next time.

the buffet is quite delicious but the restaurant space is small which makes hard to find a table in the breakfast.

wifi is too bad. I couldn't use my laptop due to wifi is too slow and disrupted.
