Hotel had a bit of a musty smell

Its location is in the middle between the Drago bridge and the beach. Good breakfast You can put your clothes with them ( laundry)

The room was big and bed was ok.

The staff were all sour, didn't get the room we booked and paid for, we had to complain to give us the room we booked them when they changed our room it was filthy they hadn't cleaned it so back down to reception for them to get cleaning staff to clean. The receptionist was sour and grumpy as with the bell boy didn't help with luggage just stood there and watched us. Breakfast was Halal and nothing was fresh do we are out

Amazing view through large windows in 9th floor from where you can even see the dragon bridge which is just a 15 min walk away. the beach is 20 mins away. Lots of restaurants, bars, and clubs on the street. Breakfast was okay. Room was very spacious.

It is really loud at night on the street, even though we had our room on the 9th floor and the windows were shut. There was some mould on the ceiling and the windows were very dirty. But what annoyed us most was the unfriendly and unhelpful staff. We asked for ice because of an acute injury and were fobbed off with a disinterested "we don't have any ice". No further help was offered (e.g. where we could get some or where the nearest pharmacy was). When I went back to reception at 9pm to ask for a second pillow, the security guy was asleep in the lobby and nobody else was there. It was only when I woke him up that he took pity on me after another 5 minutes and looked for someone who could help me.

Nothing. Worse hotel ever stayed in life

Demanded cash only. No credit card payments at all. Long stay, not carrying large cash. Have to go to bank to exchange currency. Not accepting USD or GBP. Very strange. Worst thing is no manager or senior person. No English either. Have to use translation services on the phone Room were dirty. No TV or remote working.Advertising as 4 star, I would not give one star.

Bathroom looks really bad.We had to move out as there was a kind of smell that you cannot take it

This hotel is 5 min. walking distance to the Dragon bridge and around 15 min. walking distance to the My Khe beach. Breakfast was ok for the price.

Management of this hotel is terrible. No wifi on some floors. No air conditioning on some floors. Management does not care... Lies to guests... This use to be a good hotel years ago... Poorly run now

The staff are very friendly and helpful, always helping me with a smile. The room is very clean and spacious. Amenities like free wifi and mini fridge are very helpful.

The hotel is located right in the city center, right at Dragon Bridge. I was given a high room so I could see a beautiful view of the city. Breakfast here has a variety of dishes. The staff is very enthusiastic. I asked around a few coffee shops and they gave me some suggestions.

They have given me an outstanding service. They clean my room everyday and give me clean towels. I have all I need they are very accomodating. the staff are soooo kind and very respectable.

I would say that it's a beautiful hotel with good facilities. The price is reasonable, and the staff is polite. I booked a tour at the hotel, and they offered me a good price!

Very good location right in the central area and near Dragon Bridge, very convenient location if you go on business and need a place near the airport and near the sea. The room is clean and spacious, the staff is extremely friendly

Location was quite convenient, a short walk to the night market and to the Dragon Bridge. Approximately 1km to the beach. Numerous restaurants in short proximity. Reception staff were very cheerful and helpful

We were on level 16, in a 2 bedroom apartment. The room seems not in use very often, dusty and dirty. The bathroom was not clean, yellow mouldy edges in the shower, and the shower head came off. The water didn't run well. No chance of good showers.

Fake hotel, receptionist was not ready to take the payment by card and forced us to pay by cash, secondly when we said ok we will pay by cash give us sometime to convert money else she said us to leave and we had a baby with us, room selected during booking was changed,no basic amenities in the room, pathetic breakfast,all hotel staff behaviour is very rude

It was not disclosed that the hotel only took cash and no cards. Plus they added extra tax onto the price stated when booked. This was also not stated when I booked. The swimming pool was very dirty and therefore unusable and with no real room to sit. To get to it you had to walk through a floor of apartments and rooms, most of them abandoned or used as presumably staff sleeping quarters. Then climb some rickety stairs. It gave a very seedy feel to what should have been a good pool facility.
