The gym is a bad joke.

Location was best, you cannot ask more. I got riverview, you could see the dragon bridge and night lights. The breakfasts were fantastic. They change menu everyday with variety of local foods.

The room was amazing. The pool was fantastic. Location was great.

Staff were a bit slow at check in/out. The room could have used carpet in the bed area.

The location was close to great restaurants and the airport.

The bathroom was horrible. The shower is not separate from the toilet area so the shower floods the whole bathroom floor. The shower has no curb to keep the water from going across the entire bathroom floor.We had issues with the room safe and needing blankets and called the front desk and nobody ever came to help us.

If you want to see the Dragon Bridge breathe fire from your room, this is your place! Comfortable beds, a great shower and comprehensive breakfast options hit the mark. The location is close to all of the old town attractions, yet walkable to the beach for a relaxing afternoon in the sunshine. The staff was kind, attentive and went out of their way to make us feel at home. A special shoutout to Son in the dining room and to the massage therapists that delivered the best massages.

The breakfast dining room can be really busy mid-morning. Once we figured out the best times to show up, our experience was perfect.

The only good thing about this hotel is its location. The staff was helpful.

The bathroom in our room was unhygienic. The toilet has a huge dirty window right in front of it, with a view of the river. There are shutters that can be used for privacy, only those are very very moldy. After the first night, a mushroom grew from the bathroom door frame. At this point we decided that this isn't just a 3 stars hotel masquerading as a 4 stars hotel, but a danger to our health so we booked another hotel and moved. It feels like a scan. Our room was around 3900 VND/night. Across the river we found a family suite in a 5 star hotel for 4200. We settled for a 3300 VND/night room in a 5 star hotel just a few minutes away. So you don't even save money by picking this place.Other smaller issues. You can hear every noise from the street. Doors have an alarm in case they are not properly closed. Right near our room there is a door that I assumed was used by the staff. It was left constantly open, with that alarm blasting every 30 minutes. Breakfast is bland and lacks variety. The AC barely works and the room gets very hot very fast.

The location of this hotel was perfect. It was right on the river with a wonderful view of the Dragon Bridge. The room was very spacious, and the staff was very friendly. The beds were not too bad for Vietnam

The hotel shows pictures of when it first opened. It's a bit dated—so keep that in mind. Our room walls were crumbling and covered in mold. It is a bit expensive for what you actually get, but if you want amazing shots of the bridge...this is the place for you.

The hotel was well located, the staff were very friendly, the view from the river was pleasant.

It was in a great location and the staff was excellent. The breakfast was wonderful especially the staff in there.

The hotel overall is starting to show its age. The rooms were a little small for my taste but it was clean. Just need to do some updating overall.

Our family had an unforgettable stay at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff impressed us with their warmth, professionalism, and genuine care. We would definitely return and highly recommend it to anyone visiting.

1.The room is smaller than expected 2.The sound of the cars from the street is Awful!3.The cleanness of the balcony and amenities is not enough. 4.I choose the best room with balcony and the balcony was just 20 Cm !!^_^ 5.The bathroom is very small and not comfortable. 6.price I paid with a room and service I received is not worth and I can be in 5 star hotel in that price.

The room was spacious and clean. The bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was okay, however, a bit disappointing c.f. previous visit. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is located across from the river and easy walking access along the river to the city centre.

The room was very noisy from traffic and nearby night clubs. Although we had a high-rate room on the 5th floor, the multiple large windows provided no barrier to outside noise. After one sleepless night, we decided to forfeit a further 2 nights' accommodation and booked into another hotel. No fault of the staff, just an experience not encountered before in Vietnam.

The location was amazing. The view of the Dragon Bridge and the ease of getting around the town were great.We had a later check in and the staff was amazing with getting us set up. The bed was ok and the room was clean.

The whole place was just a bit run-down. Our walls in our room were crumbling due to moisture, and the bar upstairs was a bit underwhelming. They were doing some renovations in the hotel also when we were there...which I am glad because it needs it but it started at 8:00am...so no relaxing morning for us.

Excellent communication and service from front of house staff. Excellent views while eating breakfast. Fresh fruit was very tasty. Omelette made to order was excellent.

Very disappointed to see some selfish guests taking whole serving platters of fruit to their desk and leaving none for others. There was no toilet brush in bathroom, but this was a minor issue.

This was my second time staying here, staff are very friendly and helpful, the breakfast was really good, the room was comfortable and location very convenient close to the city and market.

The hotel does not have a frontage, hard to find the lobby or actual reception as the caffe is located on the ground floor.

The staff was amazing, very helpful and speak English well. Everything about the facility was impeccable, breakfast menu had lots of variety as well.
