Mai's Boutique

Mai's Boutique was everything we hoped for, modern and with lovely facilities, great Wi-Fi, beautiful pool (although it was cold so we couldn't use, lovely balcony. The young staff on reception were very friendly and helpful and we enjoyed the breakfast. We highly recommend - also in a great location within easy walking distance to the beach, dragon bridge and lots of restaurants.

Lights in the room are very dark. There were lots of mosquitoes when we first checked in but staffs ard fixed it. Room is not soundproof as well and you can hear the water flushing from next or upper rooms.

The hotel is stunning, tastefully decorated, and perfectly located near both the beach and local markets. The rooms are incredibly clean, with an extremely comfortable bed: We had our best night’s sleep in Vietnam here. Above all, the staff are exceptionally kind and genuinely helpful. Their warmth made our stay unforgettable. A well deserved 10/10

Only stayed one night so hard to give any rave review. I can say this is the last place you should get a massage. One, they come to your room and do it on your mattress making it pretty uncomfortable and two they leave you with bruises all over your back. I understand Vietnamese massages can be intense but my boyfriend and I both left with pretty severe bruising. Do not recommend. Otherwise the facilities are perfectly nice and clean and very comfortable beds.

We were looking for the room with a balcony but unfortunately it was fully booked.

Loved the pool, loved our apartment, loved the reception with cold tea and biscuits. The in-suite hot stone massage was also very good. The breakfast was delicious, but a bit pricy. All the staff were friendly and helpful.

No elevator, but we got some extra exercise :)The hotel is located in a good central area, but the street itself is quite cluttered with construction materials and garbage, but that is not within the hotel’s control

My family I really enjoyed our stay. The staff was very friendly. We stayed in the four person room / apartment. Be warned it on the fourth floor and there are no stairs so I don't recommend if there are mobility challenges. The room was very clean and spacious. It was very quiet and well kept. The location is also very walkable and easy to find. We recommend!

We suggest making a rail around the pool perimeter, gets slippery.

Had the pleasure of staying at Mai's Boutique for 10 nights! The staff were super lovely, our stay was really enjoyable and the hotel itself had a really nice tranquil vibe.

Great location in Da Nang, but if you're a light sleeper note that the rooms facing the roadside can get a little noisy late at night or in the early hours of the morning - but for the price and service, we couldn't complain!

Friendly staffs, clean, location

The property was conveniently located for grab access. It was a short walk to the beach and restaurants. It is in a very quiet area and the interior of the pool area was beautiful. The room was clean and the staff went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable.

The only thing we could say about the property was. The bamboo privacy screen in the shower had clear visible mould.

The breakfast was excellent, and the staff were very friendly. I had a ground-floor room with direct pool access, which I really liked, and the beach was just a 5-10 minute walk away—perfect for a relaxing stay.

I saw a gecko in my room and was a little scared, but they’re common in Vietnam, so it’s not really the hotel’s fault. So maybe it’s better to not leave the door always open as I did ?

Only one drink was included with the breakfast (that had to be pre-ordered the night before). Additional drinks cost extra. Thus, if you want juice AND coffee, you would need to pay for one of those.

Wonderful and helpful hosts. We had a clean and comfortable room. The breakfast was made to order and delicious.

The atmosphere was really nice and calm, liked the pool. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was big. Water in the shower worked really well. Staff were really helpful and professional. I also liked that when you rent a motorbike then you rent it for 24h and not for one day (for example 6pm until 6pm the next day and not 6pm until the same evening).

In general it was clean, but I wish they cleaned the area under the bed better.

Unique design hotel and rooms. Great facilities with exceptional breakfast. Very welcoming staff
