The location was okay. That is about all we liked. Room size was good.

Staff was somewhat rude. Several things in the room did not function properly and/or broken. Response to issues was not addressed completely. We would not recommend or return to this hotel again.

Breakfast was poor

A well run, proper hotel near the dragon bridge. Everything works well here, the lift, the tv, the hot water. Very efficient and friendly staff. Nice, big, clean room.

The reason this hotel does not get 10 points from me is the restaurant. We booked with breakfast, but the buffet is not that good really. But more importantly, hygiene in the restaurant area really needs improving. I had to search for a clean fork and knife in the cutlery box, most were not clean and still had some sort of old food stuck on them. The tables were not cleaned and had the crumbs and butter of the previous eater still on them. And the state of the formerly white dining room chairs is appaling. They are grubby and dirty and look as if they have never been washed. It is a shame, because otherwise the hotel is really clean, so why is the dining room so dirty??

This hotel is situated in a main street and not far from the dragon bridge. My room was spacious and clean. The staff downstairs are very helpful.Good value for money.

Reception & breakfast staff were very friendly. Room was spacious and clean. 2 Blocks away from McDonalds. Breakfast could be improved but was ok.

Great location with walking distance to Dragon Bridge, Con market. Really gives a boutique vibe and everything is super clean! Can absolutely recommend this place! (We do not understand about other complain )Breakfast is simple but it is good enough.

Room not clean, hair over and in everything, pillow disgusting. We were booked for 2 nights and checked by out early.

The air conditioning is good.

It’s very jaded. The ensuite shower’s water barrier was completely broken and the bathroom was flooded after taking a shower - made worst by the fact that the water drainage was clogged. After feeding back the next day, it was fixed but yet wasn’t sealed properly and the same flooding occurred, the maintenance folks are not thorough with their work. TV’s in 2 out of 3 rooms weren’t functioning. On our first night, we can feel that the bedsheets were dusty, seem like it has been changed but the room wasn’t occupied for some time. This was resolved the next day after fresh sheets were fitted. On a positive note, staff were friendly and helpful and the air conditioning throughout the entire 3 bedroom apartment is very efficient.

The bed was hard and the bedding didn’t fit properly. The inside of the bath was clean but the edges were dirty and mouldy. The breakfast was barely edible.

Great stay with a high walking score around the hotel! The place itself is clean, quiet and peaceful. The staff is very helpful, smiling and ready to help with any problem, speak good English. The dragon bridge is a quick 10 mins walk away. There's plenty of restaurants and cafes around this place so you can have fun.It's 1-2 km away from the beach.
