Four Points by Sheraton Danang

The location, ambience and the staff of the hotel is absolutely amazing. The other provided like currency exchange, bicycle, motorbike rental arrangement is also very convenient during travel.We also thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast buffet every morning.

I liked the location

Stayed at this 5-star hotel, though I suspect two of those stars got lost somewhere between breakfast and the balcony.Let’s start with breakfast — a daily adventure in culinary confusion. The eggs were brave but overcooked, the bacon appeared to have dreams of becoming jerky, and the coffee… let’s just say it was more concept than caffeine. The room itself had “amenities,” but of the budget variety — more three-star practicality than five-star luxury. The air conditioning seemed to be powered by optimism rather than electricity, and the fire alarm light blinked like a rave invitation all night. Add to that a wardrobe light that refused to ever sleep, and you get quite the ambiance.I paid extra for a balcony, which turned out to be a scenic viewing platform for standing — no chairs, no table, just me and my existential thoughts. The bar on the 36th floor? Less “craft beer haven,” more “brightly lit cafeteria with an identity crisis.” The view was just okay, and the whole place felt a bit dull and lackluster — not exactly where you’d linger over a drink.All in all, a lovely building and friendly staff — but with a few too many quirks for the price tag. Five-star label, three-star experience, one-star comedy show.

We had a balcony with an amazing view of the ocean, but there were no chairs outside to sit and watch the sunset/sunrise or take a minute to enjoy the views which seemed strange.

We stayed on the 31st floor. The rooms were comfortable, the beds were cozy, and the view of the sea and beach was beautiful. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Many loud guests from India made the stay uncomfortable, especially in the elevators, where they often invaded personal space and felt the need to touch others. Additionally, the elevator itself was extremely noisy. Day and night, we could constantly hear the loud arrival sound on our floor. It’s unclear why a 5-star hotel—where guests come to relax—would install such intrusive and disturbing sounds.

The best place to stay at the heart of Danang. Room was spacious, modern and clean and got a superb view of the coastline. Bed was super comfy. We also enjoyed the best local craft beer at the top level. Also location is very close to best seafood restaurants around.

The hotel is in a perfect location, and the staff are very humble and friendly. The breakfast was also beautiful and delicious.

Service was excellent. Pool was amazing.

No use for balcony, no furniture out there. Rooms are getting a little dated.

The Interieur is a Bit old

The shower smelled like poop occasionally. Not sure if it’s the drain but the shower is really long so the smell didn’t travel beyond the sinks - other parts of the room were spared. Staffs were great. Always bringing a smile, providing exceptional service. Location in my opinion was good cause it wasn’t in the centre of all the hustle and bustle. But near enough that a car ride is only 10-15 minutes from all the destinations. The bed felt like the one we have at home. Firm enough for back AND side sleepers

Hotel doesn't really go out of their way to assist the customer. I arrived at 8 am and asked to be emailed when the room was available and as early as possible. I returned to the hotel after going out for awhile around 2.15 pm and asked if the room was ready as I had received no email. The reception went over to a computer and said it wasn't. So i waited in the lobby and noticed others were getting checked in. So about 15mins later I went and asked again and was told it was ready. My issue is that I think the room had been ready much earlier but they were sticking to 3 pm check in rather than assisting me by letting me check in later. Nearly every other hotel I have stayed at recently have done so. Also there were no tour brouchers handy for me to look at possible tours. I was told to ask the concierge. I kind of couldn't be bothered. So instead of extending my stay for a few more days I decided to check out and leave DaNang.

The property was great! The rooms were clean and super comfortable and the view was incredible.

Right on beach. Ocean view room on higher floor had a great view. Not far from city center

The sleep quality was bad. The air conditioning switches off the fan also, when desired temp is reached. So the noise of air flow would stop and start again disturbing the sleep. Had to use white noise to sleep. BTW, the fan was not on AUTO, which could have led to this situation.The noise insulation in rooms is also not great. Light sleepers could get disturbed.Also, while most of hotel was empty, had to really push repeatedly for an early check in at 1pm.Else rest was fine - clean nice place, friendly staff.

The staff's outstanding hospitality was evident from the start. Ms. Ha Nguyen efficiently handled the check-in process, displaying exceptional customer service and a nuanced understanding of customer expectations. The rooms were impressive, with stunning ocean views. The breakfast area and RoofTop Bar staff was diligent and hardworking. A diverse array of food options was available.....

Just 1 small concern; the slipper provided to the customer was used, not new. We brought this to attention during checkout.

Staff are super friendly, the buffet is excellent, the facilities are excellent, the aircon is super cold, which my partner throughly enjoyed, I had minor issues with the room (shower head leaking) and they were very apologetic and gave us complimentary fruits as a sorry. I have no bad words.

Comfortable and clean room. Good good at the rooftop restaurant with a nice view and live band.

High quality, room is spacious, everything is new and comfortable. My room is 76m2 with ocean view and I really love it. The staff supported to arrange early checkin at 2pm, i appreciated.

Hairwash at Spa: service is a little bit under my expectation. I rate 7/10. It is good but not perfect
