    • Friendly staff.
    • Value for the money, clean, friendly staffs, excellent breakfast.
    • Value for the money

    Cons -

    • I tried to communicate hotel staff by email but did not get any response. Although, I didn’t have any problem during my stay. I was trying to inform them that I will be checking pretty late at 11 pm.
    • There were a few things that disappointed us. The biggest concern was the mislabeling of vegan products at breakfast. As I am lactose intolerant, vegan options are usually a lifesaver for me. Unfortunately, the 'vegan' pancakes and condensed milk both contained dairy. While I am used to not having the luxury of pancakes or milk at hotel breakfasts, the incorrect labeling is what truly annoys me, as it is misleading and poses a potential health risk. I strongly recommend the management educate the staff on food allergies and correct these labels immediately. On a positive note, Ellie and Jenna were always helpful and proactive when we needed to clarify ingredients, so shoutout to them. Another issue was the laundry service. A few pieces of our clothing came back with stains, likely due to a poorly maintained machine. Even after returning them and washing them again, the issue persisted. While the staff promised to fix it for the future guests, I would have expected some form of compensation or the fee to be waived, given it wasn't our fault and now we have to give it to further cleaning. Lastly, on a personal note, the pillows were a bit too tall for my liking. Other than these points, it was a good stay.
    • We didn’t know at for hand that there would be a renovation on the pool at the rooftop that made it noisy starting early in the morning before 8am. This took some three days from our total of 5 days. Often long waiting for the elevator. On some rainy days that we had and you want to watch some tv they didn’t have sufficient channels to choose from. I also found the communication with the front desk could be better as the hotel was the only hotel that sent messages about that they couldn’t access the payment method. Then I had decided to come over personally otherwise they would cancel my booking but when I showed up it wasn’t really necessary it was all good in my opinion it was wasted time and energy to clear things up this way.

The hotel offers excellent value for money. We had a nice, spacious room with beautiful views of the city. The staff was very friendly, especially Ellie and Jenna, who did their absolute best to make our stay pleasant. Housekeeping was also great and we returned to a clean room every single day. I can't forget the breakfast as there was always such a wide variety of options to choose from!

Location is good easy access to the beach and 25 min walk to the dragon bridge where the evening market is located. Nice coffee shops in the area as well.

The location is fantastic! It’s only a 2-minute walk to the beach, and the area is full of restaurants and cafés. There are also plenty of shops and places to walk around. I even had the best fish at a seafood restaurant just a 4-minute walk away. The staff were very kind and friendly, and they gave me a nicer room and upgraded me for free

I didn’t like the breakfast, and the coffee was col

The room is room size is ok. There is no balcony. The beach is just cross the road. But there is no how to dry towels and beach where if you are staying with the family (they could have add some racks in the bathroom). The breakfast is very poor.

We stayed in 2003 (20th floor) and the smell of the sewage was everywhere (inside and outside of the room).

I had a fantastic stay at Pavilion Hotel in Da Nang. The location is excellent – just a short walk to the beach, which made it super convenient for morning walks and evening strolls. The hotel itself is very clean and well-maintained.The staff were absolutely wonderful – very attentive, friendly, and always happy to help with anything I needed. It really made the experience feel special. The rooftop area is a great bonus – perfect spot to relax and take in the views. Speaking of views, the ones from my room were stunning! Waking up to the sea and city skyline was such a highlight.Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Da Nang. Great value, top-notch service, and a beautiful place to stay!

Clean room, good service, great location. All good. The mattress is a bit old.and sagging in the middle.

    9SophiaPosted on: 3-31-2025

Central location, short walk to the beach (though not beachfront). There's some stores on the floor for food, etc. 10m away are some really great cafes, massage places, more restaurants.Breakfast was ok. The egg station really made up for it.

Walls quite thin, I could always hear my neighbour watching Youtube videos

    9GqtPosted on: 3-29-2025

The hotel was located near the beach and the Dragon bridge. It was quite clean and the staff was very responsive. We had a good stay.

The staff especially Ms Ly was exceptionally helpful!

Not much change in Breakfast menu. We stayed for a week and it’s boring having to eat the same dishes every morning!

    8DavidPosted on: 3-14-2025

Room, location and beach area were good and pool was very good

Breakfast wasn’t so good re what I like to eat

    8SumitaPosted on: 3-12-2025

Good location, comfortable hotel, room was a good size, beds were comfortable, sufficient toiletries. Breakfast spread was good. Wifi was good, excellent bandwidth. We got the room we paid for, with a great view of the sea. Staff were kind and helpful. There were plenty of restaurant options within walking distance. And just around the corner from the beach.

Although breakfast spread was good, there were only a few vegetarian options. Also, the water pressure on the shower was quite low. Maybe to do with being on a higher floor. The gym was very small. I tried to use it on the first day, but the equipment was a little hard to get working - perhaps needs oiling. The floor of the gym was dirty.

    Good Location Comfy beds

Smell of cigarettes in the room. Stains on the bedsheets .Lots of noise coming from outside at night. The pool is tiny it looks nothing like the pictures.Gym was shockingly bad. One treadmill and weights were very dirty/old.

Everything was great. Beautiful property and rooms, our balcony had an amazing view of the ocean. Breakfast was easily one of the best we have ever had at any hotel. Lot of variety for everyone and flavorful food - especially liked the Vegan food, kimchi soup, French toast, bread pudding etc. Staff went above and beyond to help us. Thanks to Ly and Yan.Dont forget to have a coffee at Sky Bar. #No complaints.
