Monarque Hotel Danang

Beautiful hotel right across from the beach. The staff was welcoming and very helpful. We felt like VIPs. The breakfast was a huge buffet with tons of choices. This hotel was an amazing value.

Staff are on the job¿.they cannot do enough for the guests. The breakfast buffet is top notch, and the location is great.

Beautiful property, wonderful location across street from beautiful beach. Breakfast included easily best we have experienced in Vietnam, or anywhere for that matter. Friendly, super helpful staff… every single person. Great talent and training, well done!

Minor, but property is clearly family friendly which is great. But some families let kids run a little amuck, some gentle reminder from staff to parents timely to tone kids down so doesn’t risk enjoin others would be good.

Right across from beach, easy access with Grab to downtown. Basic but decent breakfast, great egg and pho chef in am.

Wonderful hotel across from the beach. The staff were all exceptionally helpful and friendly. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were lovely. The breakfast was AMAZING with so many options. The afternoon tea was also a nice addition.

I was really disappointed there was not an option to refill water bottles. The hotel provided one small bottle everyday, but that felt very wasteful. The pool area was very small and not ideal for spending much time. The gym is nice to have, but also small and not possible for more than 2 people at one time.

There was nothing to dislike.

First, I like their service, it was exceptional. If I will compare our stay here with the other hotel, all their staff were superb! Their employees is their best asset. This hotel has a lot of complimentary, such as, welcoming drinks, breakfast buffet, afternoon tea (buffet sweets and drinks), and pho at night. The room was spacious too and clean.

None - this place is one of the best hotels and has outshined some of the 5 stars hotels I have stayed.

The hotel was very clean and elegant-looking. Staff greets you as soon as you reach the front, hold out umbrellas to shield you from the sun, and bring you drinks and snacks in the lobby while you check in. The room itself was very clean and exactly like the pictures.I really liked that they varied the breakfast options every day! Keeps things interesting. They had a wide selection of foods and drinks, including hot and iced American and Vietnamese coffee. I only took advantage of the afternoon tea once and although it was a smaller selection thank breakfast, it was good and I liked enjoying food while sitting by the pool.I also got a massage last minute (was going to go elsewhere but a thunderstorm hit and I didn’t want to walk) and I was not disappointed.The location is nice as well - very close to the beach, a street full of massage parlors, and lots of food. Also located in between the Lady Buddha, Marble Mountains, and Ba Na Hills.The best part was the staff. Entering and leaving the hotel always felt like a luxury experience with the doormen opening doors for you and covering you with the umbrella. There was an issue with our bathroom and they sent someone to fix it immediately. They also checked in on us the next day to make sure all was well. They truly go above and beyond to make the experience feel like you are at a 5 star resort. My whole family agreed we would stay here again in the future.

The rooms with an ocean view can be a bit noisy because of the nightclub across the street.This is an issue with most hotels in Da Nang, but to get to the beach, you have to cross a busy street with no streetlights. It can be daunting at first, but I got used to it quickly. Just walk at a steady, predictable pace for the drivers and motorists to know to avoid you.

The king-size bed is comfortable and the room, overall, is nice and clean. The breakfast, as others have stated, is really great and one of the best that I've experienced for a 4-star hotel. The swimming pool is small, but large enough to swim and lounge for a couple of hours. The hotel's location is great with the beach literally right across the street and good restaurants nearby. The staff are very helpful and friendly. Overall, it's a great value for the price.

The room is comfortable and clean, but there is literally no view; it faces the wall of the hotel next door. And there was only one chair in the small seating area near the bed. It would have been nice to have had two chairs. The bathroom is fine, too, but there isn't enough counter space to put your stuff. But, there is a small desk with a mirror where you can put on your makeup, etc. But, these are all minor inconveniences and they didn't take away from the overall comfort and quality of our stay.

The Monarque Hotel was fantastic from the moment we arrived. On arrival we were brought a beautiful welcome platter and our room was spacious and clean. The breakfast was fantastic with something for everyone. We also enjoyed listening to the band in the sky bar in the evenings and Jimmy's cocktails ?.The thing that stood out to us though was the staff, they went above and beyond to make sure everything was Location is a minute walk to the beach. 100% recommend.

4 star hotel which deserves 5 stars!!! Staff was extraordinary kind and helpful, breakfast and afternoon tea of high quality and variety, perfect situation in front of the best beach of Danang, transfers, tours and spa facilities offered. Highly recomended!! I will return happily!

We had an excellent stay at Monarque. Anita and all the staff went above and beyond to accomodate for my dietary requirements and were always welcoming and kind. The breakfast buffet was absolutely delicious. The facilities are very good. Would highly recommend this hotel for your stay in Da Nang.
