Pariat River Front Hotel Da Nang

Good price and i got a broken door.

People were next to my room was so loud.

Location is perfect

Air conditioning sucked, had to use that and a fan to stay cool. Ants in the rooms. Old hotel and work out. Safe broke several times. No restaurant on the roof.

The service was so bad, as well as the facilities in both rooms.

We werent able to use internet there. The bedrooms are so dirty, low-quality. The staff were unhelpful and not friendly, have a mean looking and not-good service behavior to us.

The property is in a good location

The hotel was really unclean and run down for the price it cost! The room smelled strongly of smoke, despite being told it was a non smoking room. The pool was under construction when we arrived, we were not informed of this prior to arrival so we were disappointed with this. Overall the hotel was one of the most expensive hotels we stayed in during our entire trip in Vietnam and it was definitely not worth the money.

Very good location, when booking river view room

Very old and bad condition

Location

Swimming pool empty. A/C not work. Desk light and sink light not working. No door on shower. Did not always replace coffee.

Location and the nice river view.

Unfortunately, there was a power failure on the 2nd night, I was force to move to another resort hotel near the beach.

Great view of Dragon bridge and city. Comfortable bed and great location.

Breakfast was a bit average. First day at 8:30 they had ran out of a lot of things which weren’t replaced so I went elsewhere for breakfast

Locations

Some man knocked the door in the night, I called "0" for asking support "Did you sent someone to our room, he try to get into. Could you check?" but a receptionist not understood English. Unsafe night and can't sleep.Especially 2 bottle of water prepared in the room already opened but try to make it like promt to eat.

The phone has no dial tone throughout our stay, not usable. Hot shower is not working properly. TV i

The phone has no dial tone throughout our stay, not usable. Hot shower is not working properly. TV is not working. Pool amenities is not accessible as well. I don't recommend staying here.

Filthy dirty.

Was absolutely filthy!!!!!! Stains on sheets and furniture. Towels were grey in colour from use. Dirty dirty dirty!

Easy assessable to nearby places like the pick church and Han Market.

Staff is not friendly and the hotel is somehow run down due to poor maintenance. The windows that claims to have good view is lousy and the toilet chock easily when taking shower and the TV is old model.

Near the pink church and Han Market

The hotel is kinda run down and the pool is not open to guests. The interior is bad and they claim windows view can be some lousy view and the buffet breakfast is lousy and they hardly refilled it. There is also pest seen on the food.

The location is good and near to the pink church and Han Market.

The hotel is somehow run down, the wall is peeling off and toile floor trap choke when taking shower. The breakfast is lousy with cockroach running in the food and they hardly refilled the run out food. Staff is not as friendly when approached.

Its close to danang city

Towels looked like rugs. They have been giving us ripped towels. Hot water system is not good.. we have to use both our swipe cards just to access electricity then asked to give a deposit for a spare one. Some of the staff are rude some are nice. Buffet breakfast is so minimal, staff doesnt want to top up even their coffee or i have to ask them several times.

nice pool, good location, good variation in the breakfast, cheap

slow wififor the hot water you have to turn on the switcher and wait 15 min, but doing it once was enough to take a shower couple times in a day

Absolutely shocking , the room smell so bad, extremely dirty ,the room is very old and has mould in the bathroom , have ants or bedbugs , the fridge didn’t work , the aircon turn off , room smell damped and staff refused to give us refund even though we checkout out at 11pm , due to unbearable

Everything mentioned above

The Staff friendly, the pool the room the preis,I was very happy in this hotel

Internet little weak

The room is too hot and the air conditioner is not suitable for the room size and the air conditioner has water flowing

The room is too hot and the air conditioner is not suitable for the room size and the air conditioner has water flowing all night long. You should check it regularly.

The location and the price.

The variety of food to choose during breakfast.
