Good location, condo is clean, well furnished and equipped, and attentive staffs.

Sofas in the living room were old, stained and not comfortable to sit.

The room was soon nice and the bed was to die for .

The complementary breakfast was the same wish they would switch it up and it would be hot most of the time

Proximity to the beach was wonderful. The staff in the restaurant was exceptional, especially Chin & Nga. They both went out of their way to accommodate any request and anticipated our needs. We stayed for 8 days and they were always smiling & friendly each morning. Their level of service exceeded our expectations. The pool area looked great, unfortunately the rainy weather didn't allow us to use it.

The gym area wasn't as clean as I would have liked. There weren't any paper towels or sanitizing wipes to wipe down machines before & after use. We used the regular hand towels, but that wasn't ideal. Also, the machines didn't appear to be cleaned properly on a daily basis. Finally, the temperature in the gym was too hot which made it uncomfortable. The level of service & cleanliness in the rooms could be improved as well. Soap, shower gel & shampoo weren't refilled without us having to ask and the floors weren't swept properly, if at all. There was debris in the kitchen floor & hair in the bathroom floor that remained throughout our stay. There was also a strange smell in the entryway & also in the bathroom which required us to leave the window open. When we arrived, there was a wax melt machine left from the previous guests, however, it was removed after 2 days by housekeeping.

Place was clean and up to date. Great location to the beach and to local restaurants.

Some paint and water stains on the walls in the bathroom needs a refresher. It looks dated and peeling….I would recommend doing these small repairs will make it the units look like a five star hotel/apt instead of a four star hotel on the decline.

The property is in an ideal quiet location, the rooms are fresh, clean and fully stocked with everything you need for apartment living (even has separate AC units for each room!). Washer and dryer ✅ Love the variety and rotation of the breakfast. The service staff is prompt and professional. The front desk and dining staff are friendly and helpful. After staying in 5 other DaNang hotels, this will be my go-to!! Thank you Altara Suites?

You will need help with luggage up the stairs when you arrive. Breakfast is delicious but lukewarm no matter what time you go.

It was a disaster at the time of checkout the power was off we had to carry out luggage from the 26th floor by staircase - and the worst thing was that the staff and management was not apologetic about this - due to all this we got late for the airport and the airport transfers organised by the hotel was not cooperating so we had to book taxi, etc - worst experience ever in any hotel guys avoid this hotel useless property

It was not mentioned that there is currently a construction in front of the hotel. We thought we would be having city view with some beach views but because of the construction, we couldnt see any view. Also at first, aircon was not working but it was fixed so it’s ok.

Booking.com or the property are advertising photos that are when the property is brand new. It is nothing like the photos. If you look at my previous reviews I am very positive, but I can't be for this place. Just be aware, the photos you see on Booking.com are not always what you get. I picked it because it was 5 star, I would give it a 2 star. Smells like peroxide. Over used sealant in the bathroom. Dirt and grime around the air vents. Run down, everywhere you look. There is an unfinished building on one side and landfill on the other side. Across the road are graffiti walls hiding the beach.

Big rooms but dated. The bath was the highlight. It was like brand new and it had a big window to look out across the city and beach (30th Floor).

Breakfast sucked for western options and quality. I can't speak for the asian section as I didn't try any.Big hotel being constructed next door, however we were lucky as no building work was being done for the whole 7 nights we were there. Could be a problem in the future once they start work again.Location was far from the more popular area which we found on the last day. This area had way more shops , bars and a much better vibe etc. It also had the awesome "Bikini Bottom Express" restaurant.

The Altara suites are located in front of the beach at walking distance, two bedrooms with independent bathrooms, the room included washing machine/dryer were a plus ! Easy to get anywhere from there (specially Lady Budda). Definitively we will repeat our stay here again even though there were minor things that didn't like.

Although the build has three elevators it seems that sometimes it is not enough for the number of people in the building. We had to queue multiple times to catch it or taking longer than usual to reach our floor (20th). Also, our room has a view to an abandoned construction which goes beyond floor 32, so, ask to get your room with view to the back of the hotel (probably before this construction the view should be super !).

Apartment hotel. Very nice. Good location.

Maintenance of the rooms should improve

We had booked the property 5 months in advance. Since travelling in a big group with children but were given rooms on all different floors. Even after repeated request the staff refused to cooperate.

Once I was actually given the room I paid for, it was ok.

Not as advertised. Note this hotel is on the back side of another hotel and does not face the ocean as pictures suggest. Booked a room with a balcony and a view, but all balcony doors were padlocked and there was no view. There were someone's dirty underwear and cigarette butts and rubbish on balcony as well as cockroaches in the room. When I asked for this to be rectified they told me they were fully booked and couldn't do anything until the next day. The next day they told me to come back after 2pm and they'd move us to the new room. When we came back at 5pm they had already given the new room away and told us we should have been back at 2pm. We were finally moved the next day to a room as described. Food is average.

Rooms were spacious, clean and well kept. Breakfast had good variety and staff were friendly and polite
